AGM was on a short list of places in my area. I made calls to all of them and most gave me "rough estimates" and questioned how quickly they could get me the OEM replacement. If you are thinking about taking your vehicle to the dealer to replace your glass, skip the middle man and 25% up charge- because AGM is where they take you car to do the work. Very happy with their work.

I couldn't wait days for an appointment either. A friend of mine told me to call Juste's Glass. They answered my call immediately and made the entire experience effortless from start to finish. They offered same-day mobile service and came directly to my house in Atlanta, which made the entire process convenient. The mobile technician was professional, fast, and did excellent work. If you're in Atlanta and need t glass or mirror repaired on your car, especially for emergencies, this is absolutely the company to call.

I said great, and that I'd call back in about a week to get it done. I called back on April 12, 2024, to initiate the work and was told the price was instead $250. I asked why the price changed and was told that it was never $210 and there was no record of my ticket or quote. I was transferred to someone else who confirmed the $250 price. I expressed my frustration and said fine, I'll just call back in a few days when I have the additional $40. Today, April 19, 2024, I called back and was given a price of $343. I expressed my frustration immediately, explained the now longer history of this experience and was rudely told that the price I mentioned is crazy before being transferred to a manager named Wesley who doubled down on the $343 price. He said the best he could do is $310. I said this was a waste of my time because I could've simply budgeted for the accurate price weeks ago instead of wasting my time with this inconsistent organization. But as the Internet is a thing I quickly learned that many people have not had such great experiences with a certain company with a catchy jingle. After a little research I came across Todd's company Axis Auto Glass. After a little more research I found reviews on Yelp as well as reviews on other sites all espousing the good work that Todd does with auto glass repair and replacement. Being someone who thoroughly detests talking on the phone I emailed Todd about replacing my cars windshield. Within the span of 4 emails and maybe 40 minutes I had an appointment for him to come to my house to replace my window. He arrived about 10 minutes before his scheduled appointment time. As someone who believes that if you arrive on time then you're 5 minutes late, I really appreciate Todd's promptness. He set straight away to replacing my windshield and needed nothing further from me until he had completed the job. Todd gives a warranty on his work and is very reasonably priced. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his business. I always prefer to support a local business and Todd and Axis Auto Glass make that an easy decision. If you find yourself with a chip or cracked window you can do no better that giving Todd a call.

Well....Kimberly White noticed the crack and it has just gotten bigger and bigger until it was all the way across the windshield. I had to do something. This is going to be a commercial! I saved a lot of money, time and hassle today because of a spam phone call this morning. I'm not kidding! So.....I get this spam phone call and called Stephen White to talk to him about it. I casually mentioned I was getting my windshield fixed tomorrow in Lilburn at Safelite and it was going to be around $1,000 (insurance wouldn't cover it). My appointment was at 1:00, (3 hours minimum) and they couldn't promise it would be $1k, might be more, depending on what they ended up having to do. Stephen said, MOM...they are the most expensive place! Did you call around for estimates?" Well, I had just asked a few people and they all said Safelite. If you know me, you will have a hard time believing I didn't call around. I squeeze a dime until it screams - but this time I didn't. I googled and found a company in Grayson that had all 5 stars with many reviewers. I called and spoke to Jonathan (who I found out later was the owner). He quoted less than half the price Safelite quoted AND THEY WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE!!! OK, now I'm listening. I want you to know he was at my house a couple of hours later, installed the windshield, calibrated it (Toyota's have to be calibrated with a windshield change), cleaned my dashboard and sat with me to explain everything he did. This is a family-owned business. Nicest man you will ever meet. I am so thankful for him and all the events that led up to this! Honest, amazing work and fun to talk to! I cannot recommend them enough!
