I brought my jeep in due to oil leak after Walmart oil change. I was told the bolt to the drain plug just needed tightened. it was tightened, I paid 20$ for a quart of oil and was on my way. the next day I wake up to an oil leak coming from the same location. I bring it back in and was told it was now coming from a hairline crack in my oil pan and it would cost me almost 400$. I questioned why this crack wasn't seen the first time and I was told a black light wasn't used the first time. I'm wondering why not. I decided to take it elsewhere where my warranty would cover a cracked oil pan only to be told it was a cross threaded bolt like I said the whole time and there is no crack in my oil pan. saved myself 400$. I really trusted Binkleys as they did great work on my van but I left that day in tears because I knew I was being screwed over. also when I pulled up to bring in my warranty paperwork, a worker outside stated "oh more work" and I felt like a bother. as much as I loved this place I probably won't go back. read more

I took my motor coach to Alan to have the generator repaired,he held it for 21/2 weeks we paid over 1500 dallors gave him a Fender Stratocaster and still owed 2 payments of over 400 dollars.We finally got on the road the generator's carberator was burning so rich it blew gas into the air filter,We never got it to crank.We froze in iowa because of it.We trusted him to know what he was doing.He is a lieing untrustworthy man I wouldn't trust him to fix anything.Me and my wife are seniors and I'm an amputee above knee.He is only out for himself he is a crook read more

My husband was in a car accident on Friday. The officers on the scene called Binkley's out to the scene to pick up our car. We told Binkley's driver that we was going to have someone that we knew to tow our car, and not to hook up to our car. Well the driver told our Son-in-law that he was just going to hook up to the car, and move it to the parking lot, and drop it to move it out the road way. So our Son-in-law asked him if it was going to cost him for him to move our car. The driver told us no. Now this is were all the problems come in that Binkley's gave us. Frist of all the driver had his grandson hooking up our car. The driver sat in the car into he heard the hook pop off the back of our car. This kid did not look to be no more then 14. They also had the bed of tow truck up off the ground about a inch. are two. Then after we told them that if it was going to cost to move our car at all not to touch it, because we had our own tow company that we use. They lied to us by telling us they wasn't going to charge it to move our car out the rd and into the parking lot. The tow guy told us it was going to be $175 for them to drop it. So we told them we did not have it and they took it to there lot. So the Saturday come. My husband want down to Binkley's with our Son-In-Law to see what it cost to get our car out so he could let the insurance know. Binkley's then tell my husband that they don't deal with insurance, and we would have to pay $200 in cash. Well then my husband ask if he could get his belongings out of the car, and Binkley's told him it would be $200 to get his stuff out out of the car. Now Binkley's was smart and hateful from the time they got to our car. Well my husband got home, and we started calling friends, and family to see if anyone would let us borrow the money to get our car, and belongings home. We come up with the money in about a hour after my husband left Binkley's. So my husband called them to let them know we had the money, and they told us they were close. That they wouldn't be back into Monday. Well Monday come, and my husband called them to let them know we was on our way to them to get our car. Binkley's then told us that the price had want up to $275 now. So my husband called his mom to tell her. His mom covered the cost. Well after they got off the phone with his mom. Binkley's then told my husband it would be $75 more to tow our car home. Witch we had no problem with. However after my husband told him about how his driver had his grandson hooking up our car, and how the hook popped off. Binkley got mad at us, and told us we was a lie. That his driver had been doing this for 40 years, and knows what he was doing. My husband goes yeah your driver does, but his grandson don't. My husband ask Binkley if the grandson worked for him, and Binkley told him no. So my husband asked why is the grandson hooking up to our car if he don't work for you. He then goes to say that the driver was teaching his grandson how to tow a car. So my husband told him that he shouldn't be learning on someone car. That they need to teach him on his own cars. That he could of missed other people cars up, and then they would have to pay for the cost of it. Then the Binkley told us. That because we come to him about how they tow our car. We needed to find someone elsa to get our car home. I even have vedio of the kid hooking up to our car, and what happen during that hook up. Binkley's told me he didn't care. That he stands with his driver no matter what. So we called our driver to tow our car home. When we ask were our car was. Binkley's wouldn't even tell us. Told us to have our driver meet him at there shop. The guy who tow our car only cost us $50 to get our car home. So please be careful with these guys. I would never use them again. Didn't want to use them in the first place, but they lied to us. To get hooked up to our car. If they show up to pick up your car from a accident do not let them move your car at all. They cost you a arm and leg, and are very rude, and smart. Also they thank it is ok to let some one hook up to your car whom doesn't work for them, and likes the skills to do so. Call Danny's towing. Carried car to have a/c fixed and they replaced 2 lines that had leaks in them. I was told that if something else was needed they would contact me prior to making the repairs.Upon leaving for home (Cedartown GA) the air was cooler but not cold.The next day upon turning it on, it felt like a heater and I did not hear the compressor kicking in.It took a week for the repairs and cost 1,066.01 for the lines,vacuum and recharge and labor.I felt I should have been notified that more extensive work was going to be needed and the priorities focused on the main problems.I now know that an evaporator core is also needed and the dash will have to be removed to do this.I feel that it took too long for completion of the work done and the charge excessive.I will have to pay someone else to complete the work and could have bought a fair used car by the time it's finished.In their defense I must say they were very nice people but it just wasn't a good experience in my case. read more
