I will never take my bike here again i was completely ripped off! I have a heavy cruiser *Yamaha…read moremidnight star* that i wanted to take in to the the solenoid checked maybe the starter since it wasnt turning engaging. I lived 2-3 blocks from the shop to far to push a thousand pound bike. He charged me $100 to come get it *tow* and all he did is grab his personal ford ranger and put it in the back. If i wasnt in a time crunch i would of paid 80 to have a real tow truck to come get it. I straight up told him what was wrong. i told him it was something with the starter since the bike would run just fine once it turned over and i caused a short with the battery. it took him 5 days to even look at it and once he "looked at it" he told me the engine seized and it had no oil. I have a dry sump oil system YOU CANT CHECK THE OIL UNLESS THE ENGINE HAS BEEN RUNNING FOR 20 MIN. he didnt even know how to check the oil. what mechanic dosnt know how to check the oil????????? so i had to pay an additional 70 for him to tell me to my face a lie. i let him talk i just wanted my bike away from him. if you cant check the oil i dont want you touching it. I took my bike to a real shop they had it started in 20 min and all it was was a shorted solenoid and the oil was 100% fine this guy might be ok with sport bikes but DO NOT let him touch a cruiser

I used the V-Eagle Rider motorcycle shop to do some repairs on my 2006 Suzuki GSXR 600. Bad news…read moreupfront: this is a CASH ONLY business. At first, I was slightly put off by that fact, but no money is required until after the work is complete. My motorcycle had been idle in my garage for months; when I finally brought it out of storage, it was running rough and stalling at stops. V-Eagle Rider quickly diagnosed that I my fuel system was affected by the ethanol gasoline that had sat in my fuel tank. In less than 3 business days, my bike was up and running better than new. The rates are excellent and the service is top notch. I've only reserved the 5th star because they don't accept major credit cards, which is my preferred method of payment.

After dealing with multiple UTV places, I have to say this place might take the cake for running…read morethis place with people hired whose family tree is a wreath. There are 3 departments here. Service, sales and parts. Neither one talks to the other. They operate as independent entities when they are in the same building. Neither knows what the other is doing and nor do they ask nor care. So if you order a part and want service to install it here's my suggestion IF you were to go here which I don't recommend. I'd recommend root canals, rectal surgery, breaking your leg, etc. BUT if you were to ignore that advice and you had to come here, do this Write everything in BIG letters. Hand a letter to each department of what they must do and the order they must do it in. Coordination has to be on you because again "family tree is a wreath" they will not know how to contact their coworker in the same building. Impossible. So after each department is finished with their task it is now up to you to call the next department, tell them to recall that piece of paper with the big letters and instructions on it and begin the next step. Sadly they will still fail at this. You will get mad and wish you had taken my previous advice to smash your face with a hammer then deal with these people
