The bowl I ordered was $10.50 and the machine rang it up for $11.50 and she couldn't take off the $1 extra. I get it. It's only a $1 and I would be ok. But it was the whole principle of it all. The store was clean and bright inside but I was the only customer the whole time ie as there. Simple and tasty but please empower your employees to make simple decisions to make your customers more satisfied. They will come back if you do!
