Well the guy that actually delivered the bin was brilliant!…read more Unfortunately that was the only good bit of our experience. The bin itself was rusted out so terribly there were gaping holes in places, and don't even get me started on the smell! As we were loading the things in our neighbours enquired about some of the items so I gave them free rein. Ended up hosting a week long dumpster dive from my driveway, helping out the neighbourhood as well as the planet. When I brought this to the company's attention and asked for a possible price adjustment I received a very curt, rude response. So ended up filling only 1/4 of my bin, being charged almost 500 bucks after all the hidden fees (which all come with their own taxes.) Overall not an experience I wish to ever repeat

These guys did a really hard job for us--moving a huge sectional from the garage into our basement…read morethrough our very tight/narrow entryway. They did it very quickly. Knocking off a star because they did leave a lot of damage to the trim of multiple doorways. They warned us they would be a knick but I didn't realize the extent of the damage that would be done so I wish there had been a little more communication. The damage repairs ended up costing us hundreds of dollars, so I wish had been presented options, rather than them pushing to get the job done. I also didn't appreciate them stepping on our rug with their shoes and smoking on our front lawn (and leaving the trash from it there too).
