I got a message from them around past 4pm that they will come by 7pm.....they eventually came by 7pm and all I can get for a $350 service is nothing but a bad job. Alex is a great person, very friendly, honest and knowledgeable, you can tell he is passionate about his work and knows what he is doing. I love to support small businesses like this! The good: - arrived promptly and ready to get started. - they worked away and completed the job in under 2 hours - they use advanced equipment and even did a blue light test since I have a pet and used an enzyme remover to minimize smells - they were extremely clean while working and when leaving, you couldn't even tell they'd been there. They cover their feet and cleaned everything they used in the house...thanks guys! - alex was very thorough and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions my mom and I had.
