I was debating on ordering parts for my 650i online. I did not want to spend my time on going to the dealership and over pay for the parts i needed after my car was crashed and did not have it insured because it expired. eeeeks. I made an inquiry online about pretty much the whole front end of my car from hood, fenders, headlights and so on. Amir the owner himself quickly called me and we scheduled a time so he could take a look at my car and tell me exactly what I needed. He pretty much saved me a ton of money by getting all the parts and they were OEM!!! I was really excited because I ended up paying A LOT less than I thought. He asked me how I was going to get it fixed and I told him I was looking for a good and honest body shop that wouldn't rip me off. This guy actually helped me find a good shop and even got a me a good estimate! I highly recommend this website and make sure you deal with Amir, he looks like he really cares for customer service and you can bet I will tell my BMW buddies to go to him whenever they need anything. I sold my M3 and decided to buy a larger BMW and found a 2007 550i at Bimmer only. The owner, Amir, has been awesome. I am a General Manager for a luxury department store so my expectations of excellent customer service is very high. Amir is straight forward, professional , courteous and engaging. I have shared my experience with all my friends and used his level of service as an example of exceeding customer expectations. I bought the car on a Wednesday and only drove it for less than 100 miles when the starter went out. I contacted Amir and he has offered to do the repair for a minimal cost compared to the actual cost. Obviously used cars are purchased AS IS. The estimated repair cost was between $800-$1000 but Amir offered to do the repair for $250. He has earned my business for life. Definitely go see Amir for service as well as car sales. read more

First time here and I always have some kind of fear going to auto repair shops, thinking that they want to take advantage of me for being a female. When I got there they treated me with outmost respect and I felt comfortable dealing with them. I searched everywhere for a used set of steering wheel buttons (radio, cruise control) for my '98 528i (the color was worn off on mine). Bimmeronly had them for less $ than anyone else, and when I spoke to Amir by phone he told me which version I'd need for my car and described the installation procedure. I received my package a few days later, and the buttons looked like NEW! Installed them last night and they work great. I used Bimmeronly to repair my LED display on my 2002 525 BMW. Amir was over and above helpful to me and the customer service was great! He repaired the unit and even replaced the LED screen because he didn't think the display was bright enough. Had my instrument cluster repaired in my 2003 bmw 530i. Sent it from Detroit, Michigan. Got a call as soon as they received it. Ray was GREAT from start to finish.
