We discovered that she was down to only 20 gallons of oil. We called her normal provider, Colonial Oil and explained that our elderly mother, who is suffering from alzheimers, was low on oil and would probably run out in next day or so. They were not willing to make delivery for next 4 days. We called around and Biltmore oil was willing to come the next day, which was a Saturday. It's a shame that Colonial Oil would actually leave an elderly woman in the cold. Kudos to Biltmore Oil, you have a new regular customer.
