Most shops were a week out and half were not open on Saturday. I needed to get my vehicle fixed by Monday morning. I have never used a mobile repair specialist in the past so I figured I would give it a try. I googled mobile repair specialists and called several with no answer and had to leave messages. John from Auto 911 answered the phone on the third ring and was ready to help. I called him at 9:00am and he was to my house by 10:15 on a 10:30 estimate. He looked over the truck, tested the truck, found the parts (several miles away), retrieved the parts and finished the repair in less time than it took me to find him on Google. The price was comparable with a brick and mortar shop without the hassle of getting your broken down vehicle to a shop. So to sum up my experience with John and Auto 911 of WNC, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We were unfamiliar with the area and were extremely exhausted dealing with warranty and insurance roadside dispatch to have multiple service companies cancel after realizing it was a specialty tow. Although we had to sleep at the gas station, he made us feel comfortable with the area, made an excellent referral to another local company, and followed up with us the next day. Hunter went above and beyond and was the only person in this ordeal who cared about us as a customer.
