Really bad, could not reproduce old Mercedes 240d ignition/door lock key. Made crappy one that has to be pulled in an out to work. Ruined at least 2 expensive Mercedes keys. I highly recommend A L Odom Locksmith and will use them again. l might even buy a safe from them in the future. I had a 10 year old safe that a battery tray was lost. The only thing that they could do was to take a crowbar and sledge hammer to the safe. After he got the safe opened he looked at me and said "I charge $100 an hour" then he said with a calming voice, I'm not charging you! when he said that, tears came to my eyes, could not believe this. I needed a replacement key made for my 2006 Lexus and they took good care of me. I was in and out in about ten minutes. I stopped by their store on Sweeten Creek Road (only a few minutes from Biltmore Village) and saved myself a ton of money while getting excellent service. Some other locksmiths are mobile only, so you pay a service call fee for them to come to you. If you can go to A.L. Odom's retail location, there are no service call fees. Thus, my Lexus key was around $100 less than at a Lexus dealer, and almost exactly half the price I was quoted at another local locksmith with mobile service. Ive had a technician to my house 3 times in less then a year. Every time has cost me major money and the problem isn't solved. In fact more problems have been caused every time they come and I was even charged for that! I also had someone come to my place of business to install a new door lock set. It was a dark, cold, rainy Saturday night. We had just completed an 1100 mile car trip and I went down to open the cabin while my friends started unloading the car. As I stood fumbling for the keys in the dark, freezing cold rain it dawned on me... I had forgotten them... they were sitting back home, 1100 miles away!
