After a few email exchanges I placed the order and within 10 days received my sweaters in time to wrap and place under the tree. The family loved the sweaters. We wear them constantly, even now. They're super comfy and even after several washes the iron on has remained intact. This is our third time ordering from them. PreCovid we would get them done at the Main Place Mall but now that it was all digital, I was a little hesitant. But I'm glad I went with them. Everyone loves the sweaters. I was in search of wallpaper and was able to pick ones online to look at in the store. At the…read morestore, the sales person there was able to assist me and even placed an order for 4 swatches. I asked for a suggestion on installers. She suggested going to the WIA (Wallcovering Installers Association) website. I did but only 1 installer showed up for my area. I contacted him and provided the dimensions for all 4 walls. Their quote was outrageous and they wanted to charge extra for any prep work - $840 to install the wallpaper and $100/hr for any prep work. They said I needed 4 double rolls. My husband contacted 2 other installers. The first one quoted $425 to install but said he would not do any prep work. He said we needed 3 double rolls. The other installer quoted $550, which included any prep work and he said we needed 3 double rolls. That's who we went with. Once the swatches were received at my home, I was able to select the one I wanted so went back to the store to place my order. Even though I gave the sales person the swatch, the wrong paper was ordered. So I had to go back to return the wrong wallpaper and have the correct paper ordered. I provided the wall dimensions. The sales person said I needed 4 double rolls so that is what was ordered. The wallpaper was installed and only 2-1/2 double rolls were used. I went back to the store and requested a refund for the one unused roll. The sales person said that a refund was not possible, even though I went with the amount that the store sales person recommended. She said I would have had to use the installer's recommendation. Even though we love the wallpaper we selected and the final product, I am very disappointed that I was not able to get a refund for an unused double roll. And I also would not use the store's recommendation to go to the WIA (Wallcovering Installers Association) website to find an installer.

We worked well through phone calls and I was able to visit his shop in person a couple times. Idiot 6:24pm: How about you go open a shop yourself if you're so unsatisfied. Well plugin your website even though it's 30-40pcs a month. Thats my offer. At this point, I blocked this number. I don't understand why a company that's based around manufacturing goods for customers and offering white label services would be insulted by someone looking to "jump on everyone else's production" is beyond me. Manufacturing for other people is literally their business model. Background info: I originally contacted this business around 6 months ago to find a local manufacturer to fill a need. I do my own US manufacturing, but sometimes I need extra help with items I can't do. I spoke with Chandler, the owner who I believe was texting the vile things since that's the same number he texted me from previously. - In September 2025, he invited me to join the portal based on my needs that I discussed with him and said that it would be up in 2-3 weeks. In October, I checked in again....no response. - In November, I checked in again....Zach Connor say's they're overwhelmed with holiday order and the portal will be public in January. - In January, I check in and Zach sends me some pricing sheets. I ask about the process to place the orders....no response. - On March 16, I call the business number and Chandler explains that I'm too small of a business to work with them. Had I known that from the beginning, I wouldn't have even bothered following up. I posted the review so that other potential customers wouldn't go through the same process of being strung along for months without information. Instead of replying appropriately, I get called homophobic slurs, insulted, and told to bugger off before an attempt to bribe away my review. I would never do business with this company and I just want anyone that does to know what kind of people run it. If you're okay with giving money to someone that calls potential clients "faggot" or "idiot" and insults them for attempting to hire them for manufacturing, then I wish you the best of luck when you have to deal with the fallout after something upsets their owner.
