While looking at it, Stephanie offered to get the body guy (Larry from TLM Auto Repair next door) to look at my front passenger door which hasn't opened since my car was hit a few years ago. Larry came over, fixed the passenger door in 20 seconds, and wouldn't let me pay him ("It only took a minute..."). Unbelievable. Then the mechanic from Knucklebusters took my car for a spin, and checked all the things that have to do with steering, and found nothing wrong. He also didn't charge me ("I didn't find anything to fix..."). When was the last time I walked out of an auto repair place paying nothing? (I'll give you a hint, it's never...). These people are honest and seem to really enjoy helping people. I think if you have had bad experiences at other places, you should come here and enjoy being helped by this shop. So happy that they are in my city, but I would drive to get to them. If I did have something serious wrong with my car, I think they would be honest and affordable.

Stephanie helped me find a tow truck driver, she had the car delivered to the shop and repaired in one day. The price quoted was very reasonable. She knew my brother couldn't drive anymore and understood that I needed to sell the car. She recommended a car detailing company that did an amazing job and I was able to sell the car that same day. Because that's how he handles his negative reviews. He refers to his unhappy customers as inept, idiots having personal problems and encourages them to never come back. This is who you will be dealing with.. So if you are a novice and don't know much about mechanics and what parts look like, don't go here. This place is for people that know what they're doing. If you don't, You will most likely get screwed big time. I ordered a part for my vehicle that my mechanic told me to look for. I went on their website, put in the information for my vehicle and saw that they had the part that fit my vehicle. They pulled the part. I came to pick it up. I paid them $80 for the used part and they handed me the part and the receipt. Have a nice day ma'am. I brought it to my mechanic and they said it was not the correct part. No problem.. Mistakes happen. They have a supposed 30 day return policy. When i came to return the part, they insisted it was not the part they sold me so I'm out of luck. They insisted on this because the color of the marker on the part wasn't "their color" and it had to come from somewhere else. So the rect THEY gave me was different from the part THEY gave me, and I didn't know how to tell the difference.. Since i didn't know the color or their sharpie. He had no intention of honoring his return policy. He basically acted as if i was trying to screw him over.. As if I went shopping for a worthless part at another junkyard just to bring it to him for a refund. He essentially accused me of trying to pull one over on him. The part i returned was the part that was handed to me by All Auto. It's not like i have parts hanging around. And it's not me to be dishonest and screw people over. So it certainly is NOT MY PROBLEM if they handed me a part that was incorrect. I'm a really calm and subdued person... As anyone that knows me will tell you. But this guy was so nasty and demeaning that i COMPLETELY lost my sh"@:! It's really hard to get me to that point. This has happened maybe one other time in my 48 year life. Obviously, i didn't get my refund. My caution to you: unless you are a mechanic that knows parts well and can either pull the part themself or can check that the part they are handed is correct, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Donny came off like he is a mechanic. He towed my car and said he could fix it after being wrecked…read more He had my car for over a year. He said he was looking for used parts. It needed a wiring harness. When he located that part he said he didn't know how to put one in. I asked him to bring back my car that would find someone else to fix it. He wouldn't do it and threatened to charge me storage , when I have a house that it could have been stored until the parts were found. I had to call the sheriff to get him to release my car. He is not professional and later found out he is a sex offender shouldn't be trusted.

Donny first and foremost does excellent work; highly skilled and knowledgeable; and communicates well. I've had to use his services on a few occasions now; most recently today; and the experience has always been top notch. A straight shooter and fairly priced. The business name in the photo says "All about Automobiles" and the location says Pompano Beach, Florida. I hope yelp can investigate correct this possible mistake. REVIEW: That being said, the owner of the Melbourne shop, who is also not the guy pictured, has worked on my vehicle multiple times and is more than fair with his pricing. He is an honest mechanic whom you can trust to be truthful about what is actually wrong with your vehicle. I highly recommend All About Automotive in Melbourne, Florida.
