I ended up writing my college essay on three of the teachers, all former students, because they inspired me so much growing up. A recommendation to anyone reading this. Tell your child that they can do it and the feeling after winning makes it all worth it. Along with irish dancing, put them in a ballet program and pilates to strengthen their core and muscles. The smaller, more intimate studio of the one on Market Street…read more They seem to do many of the same group fitness classes that are offered at the larger studio, but on an obviously smaller scale. A lovely location and I enjoyed my glimpse of the water just before sweating it out in my Barre class. I've come to enjoy attending classes at VFit and find the smaller classes to be nice. Know that because of the smaller sizes, if you sign up for classes individually like I do, each class is at the premium price because of setting. $3 more than a regular mat class, not awful really.
