The prawns were stunning, and perfectly cooked, the chicken was top quality and tasted amazing. But the really impressive part of the meal was the Egg-Fried Rice. Unlike so many chinese restaurants, Jade Garden does this to PERFECTION with the rice being golden, light and fluffy - UNLIKE the stodgy, sticky, pastey offerings served by most others.
