I give China Town one star and I'll tell you why. The food was good, the cost was reasonable, but the service was awful. Our waiter, who also happened to be the manager, was so rude and condescending that it wasn't worth going to China Town no matter how good the food was. The whole time we were eating he stood a few tables away staring at us and tapping his foot trying to rush us out of the restaurant and believe me we weren't eating slowly or being bad customers by any means. Then he came over several times, made rude comments and treated us like he didn't want us there. We bought meals that were several courses and included desert, but due to his continued obnoxiousness we decided to fore go the desert we'd already paid for, confront him, pay and leave. What an awful dining experience and sad too as the food was good. Thing is his behavior cost him not only two customers, but my usual customary 15% tip and for no reason. Haven't figured out what this man's problem was. We were good, quiet, fast eating, happy customers until he started pulling his antics. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. No need to go to a place where they don't want your business. read more
