We were loyal customers of this company for many years. We are part time residents at our Oregon…read morehome. We installed several cameras around our property some months back. Then we received a bill stating the property had been serviced on a certain date. Our cameras indicated that no one had entered the property on that date. A followup call to the owner revealed that the APC employee had allegedly serviced a nearby neighbor's home by mistake. A little strange. We were told someone would come out in a few days and complete the required service. A few days later someone did come out. But our cameras indicated he only sprayed a little around our front door and left. Nothing was done around the rest of the residence or nearby shop. Makes one suspect the other services we were allegedly provided when we were not there and before cameras were installed. This company clearly has some problems. So, unless you are there to closely supervise this company on each occasion they provide their service we would not recommend them under any circumstances.

The cost for his services outweigh his treatment.. He is very expensive and I don't see anything happening to improve our situation. I want to highly recommend Jose Torres for pest control. I had a rat problem and he was very…read morethorough and reasonable. He came out and made sure all entry points to under my house were plugged, except a few to let any rats out. He later came back and plugged up those entry points. He also cleaned out under my house where a lot had been stored. I didn't even know what was under there, but he took it all out and set traps. He did want to use a new poison that he thought was safe, but I didn't want it as there are neighborhood cats. He was fine with my request. He also gives a two year guarantee and will come back if there is another problem. Since his workers had hazmat suits on, I asked Jose if they could remove some asbestos around a pipe, and they did that for way less money than another company would. As I said before, his rates were very reasonable, and he did not have a required monthly inspection like another company I had in the past. He came out with several workers, so everything was done in a short amount of time. His phone number is 510-512-3280.

I was given a date for a technician to come out. I was told an email would be sent with a date along with a picture of technician Brandon Falnnagan. First class at the office. I received a call from Brandon, on Tuesday as scheduled, he was on his way. When Brandon drove up. I looked at the service vehicle. Clean, well maintained, says al lot before the technician steps out. Brandon stepped up to the door dressed in company shirt, introduced himself with a smile. I invited Brandon in, he placed covers over his shoes. (THOUGHTFUL) We addressed the issues I was having with aunts. We covered the areas, Brandon went along with his inspection. My situation covered fire alarm, attic, outside areas. After inspection, Brandon shined as professional as he introduced himself. Knowledge of the trade, knowledge of products, explaining every aspect of products. Product that are safe for the home owner/pets/plants. The products I was using as a past spray applicator, I was controlling the issue. No need for service (HONESTY) not selling me a service I did not need. No charge for inspection. Integrity as its best. Brandon represented his company as a five star employee. Thank you Good Earth Pest Company Basilio Miranda

I called them since they're local to us and figured they'd be more reliable than the corporate ones…read moreeveryone knows ... And I was correct ! Jack S. , One of their techs came out in 15 minutes and investigated around looking for signs of mice, etc that I had called about . He looked in the attic, around in rooms and all the way around our house and just couldn't find any droppings or any signs of them .( We had heard scratching in the walls we thought) Anyway , he said he's not seeing anything but as a precaution he'd put 2 snap traps out in the garage to see if they get anything ( for free , btw) and left with a smile ! Amazing the genuine care and honest appraisal of the situation and didn't try to sell me on some kind of package , when it was clear we didn't need much of anything around our nearly brand new home ! What a breath of fresh air of the ethics Jack had in dealing with our situation ! I highly recommend Jack and Pest Tech without question or reservation! Call them first !
