Then we received a bill stating the property had been serviced on a certain date. Our cameras indicated that no one had entered the property on that date. A followup call to the owner revealed that the APC employee had allegedly serviced a nearby neighbor's home by mistake. A little strange. We were told someone would come out in a few days and complete the required service. A few days later someone did come out. But our cameras indicated he only sprayed a little around our front door and left. Nothing was done around the rest of the residence or nearby shop. Makes one suspect the other services we were allegedly provided when we were not there and before cameras were installed. This company clearly has some problems. So, unless you are there to closely supervise this company on each occasion they provide their service we would not recommend them under any circumstances.

He came out and made sure all entry points to under my house were plugged, except a few to let any rats out. He later came back and plugged up those entry points. He also cleaned out under my house where a lot had been stored. I didn't even know what was under there, but he took it all out and set traps. He did want to use a new poison that he thought was safe, but I didn't want it as there are neighborhood cats. He was fine with my request. He also gives a two year guarantee and will come back if there is another problem. Since his workers had hazmat suits on, I asked Jose if they could remove some asbestos around a pipe, and they did that for way less money than another company would. As I said before, his rates were very reasonable, and he did not have a required monthly inspection like another company I had in the past. I received a call from Brandon, on Tuesday as scheduled, he was on his way. When Brandon drove up. I looked at the service vehicle. Jack S. , One of their techs came out in 15 minutes and investigated around looking for signs of mice, etc that I had called about . He looked in the attic, around in rooms and all the way around our house and just couldn't find any droppings or any signs of them .( We had heard scratching in the walls we thought) Anyway , he said he's not seeing anything but as a precaution he'd put 2 snap traps out in the garage to see if they get anything ( for free , btw) and left with a smile ! Amazing the genuine care and honest appraisal of the situation and didn't try to sell me on some kind of package , when it was clear we didn't need much of anything around our nearly brand new home !
