He came out and made sure all entry points to under my house were plugged, except a few to let any rats out. He later came back and plugged up those entry points. He also cleaned out under my house where a lot had been stored. I didn't even know what was under there, but he took it all out and set traps. He did want to use a new poison that he thought was safe, but I didn't want it as there are neighborhood cats. He was fine with my request. He also gives a two year guarantee and will come back if there is another problem. Since his workers had hazmat suits on, I asked Jose if they could remove some asbestos around a pipe, and they did that for way less money than another company would. As I said before, his rates were very reasonable, and he did not have a required monthly inspection like another company I had in the past.
