He will get down on his hands and knees, shine lights in darkened spaces, identify holes around pipelines or plumbing which you thought too small, fill them up, climb on the roof, walk the exterior perimeter looking for other egress points, and set out traps (yeah, despite your compassion toward all living beings, that honking huge rat in your kitchen brought out something primal). When he leaves, having charged you less than half what the not local competitor quoted, you will feel better. And you wont see that rat again- mercifully, not even in a trap.
