Umpqua Valley Fire seemed easy to work with and professional. I made an appointment and Colby called before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. Colby got right to work. He had many gauges to fit to each of the two parts he had to test. Test results were good so we didn't have to replace any parts. Though, Umpqua Valley Fire was a bit higher than other companies, I called. I would recommend and call them again.
