Between them both, they have more experience than most dealerships service departments. They fixed my Audi for a fraction of the dealer. I can't say enough about them, except if you pass them by, whether it's routine service, or a complete overhaul, not only did you pay too much, but, you didn't get the personalized attention they only can give. I asked a local cousin where we could go, knowing we were ripe for the picking for being ripped off. He suggested TLC as they take their cars to them, too. We rolled in on a Monday morning as soon as they opened, and asked them to run diagnostics for us. (fully preparing to buy a new car if necessary as this was a 13 year old Ford with spotty maintenance and a lot of unknown history prior to it landing with my daughter) We came back after grabbing a bite to eat to find it up and going, with what I considered to be a very minor bill. A hose had broken, causing a vacuum leak, which then caused all sorts of other issues - like transmission and engine lights coming on, rough idling, and stalling out. I wasn't looking for a deal, just honest. Honesty and integrity were what we got. I couldn't have been more impressed and would encourage any and all auto needs to find their way to TLC. If I wasn't based out of CA, they'd get every ounce of my business. Thank you, SO MUCH, for taking care of us on such short notice. You made an incredibly stressful situation a positive one and this mama couldn't be more grateful.

I've been coming to this place for my oil changes, but unfortunately, the quality of the experience…read moredoesn't seem to be the same now that Mitch isn't there as often. Mitch always made the experience feel more professional, and I've noticed a difference since he hasn't been around as much. The gentleman who seems to be running things now hasn't been very friendly or professional in my experience. He doesn't seem very coordinated when it comes to directing the employees in the shop, and when customers ask questions, his responses can come across as rude and unwelcoming. Customers should feel comfortable asking questions about their vehicles without feeling like they're being a bother. On top of that, after my most recent visit, I left and now seem to be experiencing an oil leak, which is concerning. I can't say for certain that the service caused it, but the timing is definitely frustrating and has left me questioning the quality of the work being done. It's disappointing to see a place I used to feel comfortable going to change this much. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customer service, communication, and quality of work really do matte...
