This experience was not only embarrassing but completely opposite of the hospitality I had come to expect here. Unfortunately, after years of being a loyal customer, I won't be returning. I hope management reflects on how they treat newcomers and longtime guests alike.

The issue is that FLAC is way too cramped, an issue that already existed, but which was made ten times worse by a recent catastrophic renovation decision that removed the karaoke/live music stage and gave that space to a pool table that apparently needs five feet of room on all sides. There's normally 40+ people there for karaoke and maybe 5-10 for pool. Not sure what the solution is at this point; perhaps open a portion of the large event space in the back for karaoke?
