First time here, but thoroughly enjoyed the golfing range. Really beautiful spot, lots of space for everyone to play even on a weekend. And mostly friendly staff. Also, thumbs up to the food and drinks selection would like to come back.

Shitty course, good view but very public with very little golf etiquette. Slow pace of play and the sprinklers went off before sun went down as there way to kick people out. Also parking was bad and had very weird rules like no carts after 5 pm. Don't recommend.

You gotta go visit the amazing bar staff at Jefferson golf course!

You gotta go visit the amazing bar staff at Jefferson golf course! They are so friendly and do a great job creating new and old cocktails that you get to take with you onto the range or course!

Nice course to come golf on and they have the best driving range in the Seattle area. I've played here a handful of times and always have a good time with it. There's a lot of links so it's tough to lose a ball (though I manage to lose plenty) and there is a nice mix of 3's, 4's and 5's spread throughout.

Weekday after 8pm, buy 1 get 1 free bucket of BALLS

I never thought I would get into golfing, but I somehow did. I've only been on the driving range part of Jefferson Golf Club which is just right next to Jefferson community center in Beacon Hill, just find the giant net and you'll find the driving range. On weekdays after 8pm, it's buy 1 get 1 bucket of balls for free and that applies to any size. It's a great way to meet up and socialize before going out for late happy hour because you get a work out right before. There's 2 floors on this driving range with a putt-putt section right in front, there's a great view of Seattle here. I tend to like staying upstairs to practice although you can only use irons on the top floor. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

This review is strictly for the driving range and not the good course. Jefferson Park golf range is a two story driving range. It's clean and well kept. Nice size putting green in the front and Full bar with about 6 craft beers on tap and rotation. Prices are reasonable for a bucket of balls and about $12 for 2 8 oz beers. Staff is nice. Nothing extraordinary here but nothing bad either. Being your clubs and smash some balls.

We came here for a round of golf and had tons of fun. After this we went to the clubhouse. The food looked so good when it came out.

I just started playing golf for real instead if just hitting the range and Green Lake Pitch & Putt…read moreis a great place to start. This laid-back par 3 course is right by the lake with a nice view, beginner-friendly holes, and yes, beer. Real beer. On-site. No need to sneak a Rainier in! Before you even tee off, you can warm up on the putt-putt practice area, and if you're waiting for your turn or just vibing with the scenery, there are plenty of spots to kick back, soak up the sun, and chat it up with your fellow players. The course is short, sweet, and refreshingly unpretentious. It's perfect for first-timers, rusty returners, or anyone who thinks golf should come with laughter and lake breezes. The staff is friendly, the pace is relaxed, and the whole experience feels like summer in a nutshell. You can do two rounds and pay an extra $6 for two rounds.

Adding a response to the owner's comment: The first THREE…read moretee boxes are NOT in the same position they used to be AND regardless, they are not even angled towards the holes, anyone can see this. The first has been moved by a LOT & the 2nd by multiple feet to the left (impeding left handed teeing), and then the third also slightly to the left. The 9th tee box has also been moved by multiple feet to the left, towards the fence line, seemingly prioritizing a cart path for the owner's work cart. The current owner may not have played at the old pitch & putt enough to realize these changes are in fact CHANGES, but they should be able to open their eyes and realize their new maintenance crew isn't lining up the box to the hole. Also, anyone with eyeballs can see where the old tee boxes were, compared to where they are now. Stop trying to gaslight me. The placement of the rubber tee being on either side of center hole in the mat is NOT standard. Why is there a center hole if it's not going to be able to be used? At the driving range the center hole is used too....I have a relatively narrow stance & straight hips - I feel sorry for anyone that doesn't, because they're going to be falling off the mat. Nice job blaming your problems on the previous owners. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This 3 par golf "course" has new ownership as of 2025 (due to some incompetent person at the city). The course condition was atrocious & it's only May. The first three tee "boxes" are not even slanted towards the holes. The person who positioned these tee boxes must not even play golf. On hole two a left hander wouldn't even be able to tee off without immediately hitting into the trees that line the edge of the golf course. These "new" tee boxes are literally just mounds of uneven dirt with a slab of fake grass NAILED down on the 4 corners. These mounds are not level & they don't seem to have pounded crushed rock beneath the surface, so I can't imagine them not washing away every winter. The nails that held down the tee box are 8" long and on one hole the nail had come out of the ground and was sticking up for anyone to severely impale themselves on it. The rubber tees that are used with the mats are put on either the left or right, not in the center hole?! Again, whoever put this set up together must not play golf. You are practically standing on the very tip of/ edge of the mat when teeing off, instead of being able to center yourself because they positioned the rubber tees incorrectly. Anyone that is larger or has a wider stance, or more curvy hips will have a problem. The greens....OMG. WTF happened?! They look horrific & are in REALLY bad shape. The worst greens I've ever seen, anywhere, even comparing to miniature golf courses. It's an embarrassment. Before you play they make you sign a waiver releasing liability for their negligence - luckily these sorts of waivers often don't hold up in court when/if someone gets hurt by their negligence. Watch out for those 8" metal NAILS on every tee box. The pricing went up. The person who took our money is in no way shape or form a part of the maintenance squad and had no clue what I was talking about when I first explained my complaints. Don't you want someone who knows about golf to take the money & be able to fix things like loose 8" nails??! Why oh why did the city change ownership??

Each pool of the North Division of the Seattle Summer Swim League spurred different conversation…read moretopics when we traveled to them for swim meets when I competed on the youth team for Innis Arden (1999 to 2010). Interestingly, with Sand Point Country Club the conversation revolved around pool set-up, concessions, and human interactions. As I aged into my teenage years, I started to pick up on this more. Windows served as the barrier between the pool deck and a parking lot below, which made some people with a fear of heights slightly nauseous. So, they would sit with their backs turned to parking lot and not turn around. The line for concessions was well organized and marked off and concessions prices were decent. If I wanted to not spend too much money, I would bring most of my food/snacks from home and get one thing. Towards the end of my time on the team, the human interactions conversation was geared towards concern over upwards mobility in swimming. A couple of the other girls/women wanted to go further but did not like the tactics USA Swimming used of publicity stunt relationships where people were paired with whoever USA Swimming wanted instead of who they were really with to paint a picture of what swimming in America "should" look like. They sent off some very strong vibes of blaming country club culture, which in our summer league swimming meant Sand Point. I have encountered the "should" (also known as obligation or entitled) culture outside of swimming and Sand Point, so that was not a personal problem I had. However, it did direct conversation while here. Locker rooms were clean and would get dirtier during the swim meet, though staff still ran their locker room sweeps and stayed on top of it as best they could. The ribbons station was easy to find and tended to not get too backed up. The area around the starting blocks was not too cramped. Event numbers were displayed high up and were easy to see from across the pool. Bleacher seating was available.

I'm on my way to Topgolf now and have already had the worst customer service experience of my life. The sequence of events goes as follows... I schedule a 2 bay event and put down 25% over 2 weeks ago for 7pm Then 3 days ago I have people in my party ask to move it to 6pm, I call my event coordinator line and no one answers so I leave a message. I don't hear back all day Then 2 days ago I call again same thing no response no call back. Finally today I decide to call the facility directly not via the event coordinator line. I deal with an options menu - a virtual assistant that doesn't want to connect me to the front desk - a customer service team - and then finally the front desk just to be hung up on. I then go through the same process 2 more times with customer service telling me the manager will call me back. After not hearing back I finally call back one last time and customer service tells me there is nothing they can do. If it weren't for the deposit, I'd cancel my event right now. I understand not being able to move the reservation but not calling me back for days and then not offering me any sort of explanation or compensation is unacceptable. What a disappointment. I won't be going back.
