It did not fix the problem - the ice maker still did not work. I contacted Michael three times asking for assistance to further address the problem. He did not follow up, nor did he reimburse for the service call. On a related note, I watched as Michael "tested" the water valve. After the fact and when I did my own research on how to test a water valve, I learned that Michael did it incorrectly - he did not place the multimeter leads on the appropriate terminals. When I did it correctly, I found out that my water valve was still functional. In other words, something else was the cause of the problem. I am most dissatisfied with Michael's failure to follow up with me. He writes about his business, "Honesty and customer satisfaction are my number one goal." He did not live up to this promise with me.

We got a nice Maytag stove/oven for $749.99, $60 for delivery and take away. What a steal! Before we left, he asked how old our stove was. I can't remember how old my bf said 15 or 25 years old maybe lol .. but Tom went into his back room and gave us a new connector cord or something! I was so surprised and grateful! Wow, you usually don't find service/treatment like that in the cities. We will need other appliances.. we know where we're going first.
