Staff are friendly and you even get a cup of tea to keep your hands warm while you stand in the viewing area watching your bike get put through the paces. They sell bikes, accessories and clothes and will also order parts in for you if you need it. The mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable and will chat about your stuff if they have the time to do so. I had my bike serviced there as it was a bit lumpy, and the guy doing the work phoned me up and said "it's a lot better than it used to be; I've balanced the carbs and I'm fairly sure I can get some more performance out of it if you have the time, I've spent a lot of time on these so know I can get a bit more well out of it..." -- lovely to hear that they have a ton of experience of your machine when they're working on it. If you're looking for somewhere friendly and trustworthy to take your pride and joy to be given the once-over by a professional, you can't go wrong here. About £150 for an annual service and about £30 for a MoT.

Walking into the shop you are generally greeted by a member of staff who simply say Hi do you want a coffee which is fantastic after being on the bike for a while. They have a great range of facilities from servicing, sales, clothing, bike tunning and accessories. All the staff are there to make you feel welcome on each visit and it certainly won me over.

They are situated half way down Aigburth Road, and pretty hard to miss as they normally have a fleet of scooters parked outside the shop on display for the public. The even stock classic Vespa's, which I always stare at in awe when I walk past on my way to Tesco! I've noticed that they offer all their vehicles on finance deals and they offer 0% interest on such sales! They also do CBT tests as I often see a chain of people on bikes in high vis jackets with a CBT leader going up and down Aigburth Road and back to the shop! The prices vary depending on the model of bike that you may be after but they seem pretty cheap, especially on second hand vehicles!

They didn't treat me like an idiot because I didn't know anything about scooters, instead they took the time to discuss everything with me in fine detail and ensured that I understood what they were telling me. They also offer CBT courses which will one day be very useful for me. When I do get round to it I will definitely do my CBT with these guys are they are so lovely and I know they will definitely put me at ease rather than turning me into a nervous wreck. They have an excellent range of scooters here, both new and second hand. Again they are happy to explain anything about these scooters and answer any questions you have. The prices are very reasonable.

Several requests and never get a reply, bag I recieved ripped within 5 days of receiving it (in front of the staff) no offer for replacement. When I call about a potential warranty issue I get promised calls back that I never get. When I go in person I'm told emails must have went to spam. Funny how they never did when I was emailing about buying the bike! I was missing my keys for steering lock on purchase, was told not to worry they would drop them off at my house. Got fed up of waiting after several promises of days they'd come with them I just drove to the Manchester branch and picked them up myself. Manager said for inconvenience they'd give me a free t shirt... Which I never got. I bought the bike cash and several accessory since and I feel they have no respect for customers. I own other bikes that cost much less and dealers have been so much better. Do no reccomend.
