A year later, I'm writing this because my Volvo still isn't the same. She pulls to the right (wouldn't you agree that is from front end damage that wasn't repaired properly?) The car is only 4 years old and now I'm thinking I will have to trade in (but I won't get the value now b/c of the accident and pulling right) .... also the sensors were not repaired properly so now I get this "stop light needs replacing" message or "low battery message" when it isn't even true :( I wish I had known where to have the car taken.... Progressive just picked this place due to location from my home. Please do not go here to be charged a premium cost for a sub-par job. OH! Also they had my car for two months (I had to pay for a rental for TWO months!!!!!) they kept claiming they were waiting on a part from volvo :( Employees are not friendly to say the least (no smiles or "hello, how are you, welcome" from any of the women at the desk- all scowls)....
