I truly couldn't give this daycare a higher rating. My son has been here since he was 18 months old and is now 28 months--and leaving only because we're moving too far away. When I found out we had to switch, I literally cried for days. This daycare has been my son's second home. Teacher Nickole is beyond amazing--so loving, patient, and attentive. I honestly feel like she cared for my son even better than we did at times! He was always happy to go in the morning and came home joyful. Nickole and her team have taken care of my daughter from baby to toddlerhood and we could not be more grateful to their care! You can tell how much they genuinely love the kids and as a result my daughter loves going as well. Drop offs are a breeze (my daughter practically jumps out of my arms and into their arms each day) and pick ups are all smiles too. Communication with the parents is great. We love receiving reports at the end of the day or beginning of the next day of what new milestones have been met or of any fun anecdotes they have witnessed. Photo updates are sent weekly, lunch menu for the week is posted in front of the school, and every other time we have reached out Nickole has been nothing but attentive and responsive. We are fortunate to be able to find a daycare my daughter truly loves and enjoys. My daughter looks forward to going to daycare daily and she goes inside every morning like its her own home and she looks happy every time I pick her up. We can tell Nickole truly takes good care of her and we feel safe knowing she is in a good place to play and learn Chinese at the same time. Bilingual Daycare is 5* and MORE! We feel so blessed to have found a place that really loves on our son and feels like a second home. Teacher Nickole and her staff are soooo loving, kind, caring, generous, diligent and go WAY above and beyond for our child and us as family. Our son has gone to Bilingual Daycare since the age of 5 months. He is now 1.5 years. Not once has he cried when I dropped him off, and whenever I go to pick him up he is always laughing and so happy. This is a testament to the positive and loving environment Nickole has created. The other kids run to the door when I pick my son up and have learned to help Nickole and each other in a very kind way. Since my son started daycare very young, Nickole was extremely kind in helping us to keep track of when he slept and ate. She did this perfectly and we really appreciated the detailed updates. Everything she does is better than asked for! She has her own wonderful kids and on some occasions when there was something she thought that would be helpful for our son that her kids no longer needed, she would generously offer it. We feel like she truly loves our son and we have felt so lucky to see our son grow up happy with good self-esteem because of the incredibly positive environment at Bilingual Daycare. Nickole if very organized and really cares about the kids. Her house is always clean and things are in order. She is very easy to work and she speaks both English and Chinese (my Chinese is not good enough so this has been very helpful). I found Nickole through yelp. After visiting a few family Daycare, we decided to go with her because her place is definitely the cleanest and brightest. We could not be happier. My daughter went to Nickole's home since she was eight months old. She learned how to walk, read, doodle, and play with others with Nickole's help. At home, she walked around the house and cleaned wherever she could with a rag (one and a half years old). I assumed she observed what Nickole had always been doing at Daycare. Most importantly, she took Nickole's home as her home. She called her Mama even before calling me Mama. One day, my husband told me that our daughter cried really hard and held on to Nickole when he picked her up. It was hard to believe, but it happened to me a few months later as well. They have engaging activities to keep the little ones entertained and they hold the babies if they cry to help them feel safe. Many times when I went to pick him up, he would run away and not want to leave with me! The teachers are loving and caring. I remember one time when I had to pick up my kid early, risking throwing him off his daily routine, Ms. Nicole gave me two little packs of snacks and told me to give them to my kid when he started throwing a tantrum. As Ms. Nicole predicted, my kid started crying in the backseat after I drove just two blocks down the road, so I gave him the snacks that I got from Ms. Nicole, and he calmed down right away. I was absolutely amazed at how well Ms. Nicole knows and understands the children she takes care of. Ms. Nicole not only takes good care of the kids but also takes the time to listen to and comfort us because, as you know, parents with newborns can sometimes feel on edge. My son has been attending Nickole's Bilingual Daycare since last November. I couldn't be happier with Nickole and how she takes care of my son. Nickole and her aide Vivian are both very careful when it comes to taking care of kids. My son is at the "terrible two" stage and I was worried about him making trouble with other kids, but every time I pick him up from Nickole's daycare he is very happy and well-behaved. Also, my son was a picky eater and didn't like to eat anything other than pork. After attending Nickole's daycare, however, my son started to eat fruits and veggies!
