Kevin, our Salesperson came to the house and discussed our project (white vinyl railing around front porch and handrails on both sides of steps.) He understood exactly what we wanted done. We had a budget in mind and after meeting with Kevin went over our budget very little. Chris, Project Supervisor, was our next visitor. Chris reaffirmed measurements. Seven days later we met Christian and Hector our Installers. They were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, polite, and hard workers. After railings were completed they cleaned up, and even wiped down the railings. Even though we went a little over budget, we truly believe we got our moneys worth. Thanks again, Kevin, Chris, Christian and Hector?

What impressed us most was how efficiently everything was completed. Our entire project was finished in just one week, and the quality of the work is outstanding. If you're looking for a company that is professional, honest, organized, and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Fence & Deck Connection. The whole process of designing and installing our fence was so easy while working with them. We had a fence fully installed in a day and a half, and it was high quality work. The communication with the company was wonderful, Tammy always replied to my emails in a timely manner, and was always willing to answer any questions. Dalton came out to assess the property prior to installation and Tammy got back to me with an estimate right away. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering how hard it is to come by supplies in todays climate. 10/10 would recommend for any of your fence or deck needs. When we redo our deck, they will certainly be the first we call! Thanks Winkler Team

They provided me with several pictures and a video taken when they were on the roof so that I was able to see what was going on. Everything experienced on the day of the inspection and receipt of the estimate was professionally so I chose them over others. The day of the install they arrived on time and quickly began working to remove the old shingles. They covered my entire yard with tarp and had someone on the ground level making sure the old shingles did not end up on neighbor's property. I found everyone working on the project to be extremely friendly and polite. Throughout the process I was advised of everything that was happening which was good for me because I never knew all of the layers that went into removing old shingles, replacing rotten wood, adding protective layers and new shingle install. This company is phenomenal and I would highly recommend them for any projects that you are looking to complete. I intend to use them again. Well Done Black Lion Property Services LLC. Donnell N.

I want to warn others about my experience with Irvin Sifuentes …read more He started my deck project about two and a half months ago. After receiving a substantial portion of the payment, the project was repeatedly delayed and ultimately left unfinished. Communication became extremely difficult, and despite many attempts to resolve the situation, we were left having to find other workers to finish the job. He operates under Campo Bello construction LLC and Black Lion Property Management. His prices may seem attractive, but based on my experience, the delays, poor communication, and failure to complete the work were extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have messages, payment records, and photos documenting everything. I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring him. Save yourself the headache.

He also power-washed the deck and the siding of the house that faced the deck. We also needed work done indoors. He repaired a door frame to a bedroom, fixed a broken storm door, replaced marble tile in our foyer, installed a missing sliding closet door, and procured and installed beautiful luxury plank vinyl flooring for a bedroom. He communicated clearly with us throughout every project, made suggestions when he saw something that needed improvement, and always checked with us when a decision needed to be made. In every situation, he did high-quality work in a very timely fashion. He always arrived when he said he would, made sure that the times were convenient for us, and always left the work area clean and organized.
