I bought my bike here and brought it back to get a new seat a few weeks ago. I dropped it off expecting to pick it up in a day or two and he called me back in an hour and a half!! He put a new seat on, tuned up my breaks and fixed a problem I had with my gears all for 40 bucks! Unbelievable! He even went outside with me to see me test ride my bike so the seat was the perfect height. Parking lot is kind of small but I've never had a problem. I'm getting a new bike soon cause I've had mine around 10 years and I ride a lot. This is the only place I'll go! Like I said, he's a small business owner and wants to make you happy. If he doesn't have what your looking for he'll try to order it for you. It's so great to go in and talk to someone who has so much knowledge and love for bikes cause he's been doing it his whole life. 5 Stars!!

When I called for assistance, I was told all of the "add ons" I wanted could be purchased once they knew I actually liked the bike. This was confusing to me, and felt very dismissive. I didn't want to wait weeks for a bike to come in, bring it home, and then wait weeks for fenders and other parts to come in before I could really ride it the way I wanted to. I'm not sure if they didn't know (or want to admit) that they had ordered the wrong model, or if there was something more icky going on...but with the size of purchase...I no longer felt comfortable. I was surprised to see that they offer Vuori clothing here. I thought that Vuori only sold at their own stores, so it was a pleasant surprise to see on their second floor! I was very intrigued by their electric bikes that were on display on the first floor, by their shoe selection. Cannot lie, was very tempted to get one just because they looked cool! Of course, have to do some research first haha. The vibe was very similar to an LL Bean store, I loved it! Unmaintained bikes and slow service…read more It took 45 min to pick up 2 bikes and a trailer. The person helping us forgot to give us the second bike. Then, their bikes are unmaintained. The first bike had a broken gear shifter. The second bike they served us had a broken seat, to which they replaced the seat with a seat that had the cover cracked. Finally the trailer had a flat tire which we didn't discover until after we bikes a few miles. The guy also "cleaned" the trailer with a leaf blower. Kind of genius but not really the clean we were looking for. Also note the sign says "Martha's Vineyard bikes" so you may miss it if looking for Pedago
