Fantastic Shop!!!! Knowledgeable. Friendly. Great staff. Andrew has helped me tackle several projects successfully. The latest being brake bleeding. I stopped by to pick up the correct fluid and he asked if I had a "brake block". Had he not asked this question I would not have been able to complete the task. Oh, and they have a cool Shop Dog . read more

The guys at Bike Smith's are awesome! Out here from California to visit my family and needed some adjustments on my new bike. They jumped right on it and I was ready for the trails. Exemplary customer service, this is my go to shop when I'm visiting out here and I would recommend this place for anyone! My wife visited the next day to buy me a hat and the guys were extremely courteous to her! Thanks guys happy holidays!!!! read more

By far the best place in town and never over charge for the work they do. Only place I truly trust to work on my bike here in Prescott. If you are visiting or you live here I recommend checking it out if you are any rider from rode to MTB. Well deserved 5 Star rating. read more

My wife received front and rear tires and new tubes from Cam at Bikesmith today. We had expected to merely purchase the tires and tubes and install them ourselves, but the Bikesmith tech named "Cam" completed the task in about 1/2 hour, and we were thrilled. Cam is an excellent member of the Bikesmith team, and is a showpiece and an example for great public relations. He answered all our questions cheerfully and without a hint of arrogance. I will stay with Bikesmith due to Cam's expertise and helpful attitude. Thanks, Cam, and thanks Bikesmith. read more

I'm getting back to cycling and my mountain bike needed a major tuneup. I like bonding with my bike, so I made my supply list and brought it to Bikesmith. They quickly helped me choose everything I needed to get back to riding. Quality supplies, fair prices, NICE people, great education and, everything I needed was in stock. I went back to pick out a new helmet and am very happy with it. If you need a professional tune up, the goods for a DIY job, or accessories and apparel, go to Bikesmith Cyclery! read more

How easy can selecting a new bike be? Checked out the shops in town by reading reviews on Yelp. Bikesmith Cyclery was my first stop. Mike was working on bikes but took time to answer all my questions as well as let me try a few of the demo's off the showroom floor. Turns out I needed a special order bike. Andrew steps in and calls Pivot in Phoenix and within 24 hours the bike is built and he's making last minute adjustments to the suspension etc that are tailored just for me. Twenty minutes later I'm on the trail with a big smile on my face. They also gave my vintage Cannondale the once over and its like brand new again. If your looking for a bike, look no further than Bikesmith Cyclery! Many thanks Andrew and Mike! read more

Bikesmith Cyclery - That was easy!!! - Bikes Near Me - Prescott, Arizona

Great experience, worked w/ Andrew and I had a rather sketchy project I presented to have them participate in: Restore an old no-brand bike! I hope I can attach pix as it's one sweet ride! Retro, bronze paint, leather-look saddle, braided cables etc. A black n' white look. From start to finish a fun and rewarding time. Check them out, yo. read more

I purchased my first mountain bike from Bikesmith in 1993. I have been using Bikesmith ever since! Andrew and Leah walked me through my options for what I needed and what my kids could grow with. Andrew took my 4 old bikes and made two awesome bikes out of them, saved us a ton of money! Great customer service and fun and friendly atmosphere. read more

These guys are the best, incredibly generous with their time to help us. My bike rack shifted and I did not have the tool to adjust it - being from out of town I was stuck. Pulled in to inquire about borrowing a tool, and the guy immediately grabbed his tool and headed outside to adjust my bike rack. We then bought a new chain lock and the other guy was kind enough to walk me through the set-up process. Thank you!!! read more

We stopped in to Bikesmith Cyclery while in town for a high school mountain bike race after my son got multiple flats on a pre-ride and we ran out of supplies. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They had a nice supply of parts and had what we were looking for. Nice store! read more

Moving to Prescott from PV, so thought would check out Bikesmith. Found them very welcoming, clean shop, and knowledgeable. Fixed what I needed done, and tweaked a couple other things as well. And then made some other suggestions, but with no pressure and good communication - always hate when get badgered into repairs as if bike is going blow up on the spot if don't drop cash that instant. So with said, it's now my new bike shop!! read more

The go-to bike shop in Prescott! Between the expert staff, quality products and shared love for cycle sports, you can be assured to get the best advice and highest quality service here. Thank-you Bikesmith! read more

Andrew, Mike, et al are very good at what they do, which, for me, is to keep me riding. They sold me the bike and I have them do all repair and maintenance on my Pivot Trail 429. After 3 years, it was time to replace the drive train. Happy to say it now rides as well as it did on the first day. Their pricing is fair, and they are always glad to explain things and giving me riding tips. read more

This shop is awesome! Need something they don't have at the shop, they'll order it for you! Need help finding the best trails, they got you covered on that too! Andrew and Leah treat you like friends not just paying customers. Drop in and give BikeSmith a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

Great service and assistance with trying out bikes. They know bikes. Some items are a bit expensive like $7 for a water bottle with their name on it, and $100 for the price of a bike over list on the manufacturer's web site, but if you want to be assured you get a great fitting bike and want a no pressured sales approach, this is the place. read more

I was in need of a trainer to rehab my knee after surgery. I called and spoke with Andrew and he said the did not have any, so he referred me to another local bike shop that had one. I was impressed that he was willing to refer business to a competitor! That is the trait of a true professional, IMHO. Being new to the sport, I had to modify a used mountain bike for the trainer. So, I took my business to Andrew. He was helpful, patient and courteous listening to and answering my novice questions. Chris, who worked on my bike, was also very patient and explained everything he was doing. Great service! I will definitely be going back and would recommend them to anyone, beginner or experienced. read more
