It was great, but maybe a bit too big. The younger guy who works there made some calls to order a smaller one for me, and when he found he wasn't able to get me the same one in a different size (I'm really picky about colors and components), he offered to, and then made customizations to the bike so it fit me better. Not only did he take the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, but he also let my mom and me talk his ear off, which can in itself be exhausting Oh! I opened the door, and when I observed the emptiness inside I asked, "do you have bicycles to look at?" He gave me the most condescending look and remarked, "we only sell high-end bikes here." We arrived a few minutes early and the van was there waiting for us with our e-bikes out and ready to go. We got a brief, thorough introduction to the bikes and trail. It was clear that they cared about us being safe and having a good time. If you haven't tried e-bikes before, it is like riding a normal bike on a slight downhill even when going against the wind or uphill. The trails were smooth, and the scenery was gorgeous. I highly recommend this activity and company.

Unfortunately, even though we returned about 30 minutes early, his bike ran out of battery and he had to pedal and walk it back. My battery was also blinking and close to dying by the end. We didn't want to wait around for a replacement battery while on the trail, so we just returned the bikes and continued with our day.
