Talk about great selection! On first glance their inventory would rival many of the bike shops in the Twin Cities. I wanted to spend a bit of time perusing, but it was getting late and I still had a dozen miles to go before setting up camp. I purchased an (expensive) stick of Chamois Butt'r (the tube format works better IMO) and they let me re-fill my water bladder from the staff kitchen. One of the attendants directed me through town to the southern terminus of the Glacial Lakes State Trail. The other one informed me that he had never heard of or seen the biker campsite that the GLST website indicates. He was correct as nothing seems to be at that location.

While waiting I received a quote, dang... expensive. I really love my old bike and have a new gravel bike I like and had to think. There was no pressure to say yes, they did not even try to upsell me a new bike. Im glad I had them work on it, it rides as smooth and free as ever. I did still have an issue with the front derailleur which was addressed promptly. Overall I had a great experience with the service dept as they went above and beyond any expectations I had. Guy that "helped" me was rude to me and other employees, I called ahead to see if they had a part,…read morethey asked me no questions, ( probably first red flag) and said yeah they have a few here probably. I should note the guy that helped me was not the guy from the phone. I stated that the guy I talked to said he may have one in stock, the older guy decided not to investigate further and started pricing me out a new one. He made a trip to the back, basically told one employee to F-off and took a "measurement" of the thread pitch. Came back out and I asked if he looked to see if there was one in the back. He said he didn't look and still needed to measure the length of the shaft. I told him don't worry about it, and that if there is this much leg work in ordering it, I bet it's over priced.
