I had to wait a while to be served; they get very busy in lunchtimes. For Bath, its quite a big shop. They've joined together two shops into one and a few doors down they also have a service centre.

I'm certainly not new to bikes and needed a quick fix (i was visiting a friend and had no tools on me). He takes a quick look at it and tells me I should most certainly dump it and get a new one. Something I happen to know as utter rubbish. I won't go on a rant about that situation. Long story short, a less knowledgeable costumer would've done what he suggested, and spent a fortune on a new bike. That is not costumer service and, quite frankly, a fairly dishonest thing to do. Like I said, bar that guy, the shop is great.

They will sell you terrible bikes for an exorbitant price, while promising that they would buy it back after a year. This is not true; when you bring it after a year of gentle use, they will say it is in terrible condition and that you didn't take good care of it, even though it is a perfectly good bike.
