The derailleur on my Dawes Galaxy snapped, braking the chain and buckling the wheel on Sunday morning 20/12/2015. I took it into Williams the same day. They replaced the derailleur, new chain, new cleats, new 9 speed cassette, straightened out the buckled wheel, all shimano components and had it ready two days later. Good range of bikes, including many actually in stock. Service is pretty good - not quite as passionately committed as Cheltenham Cycles, but better informed than the other half of Williams' business (Babyland). Lots of good safety bits and pieces, and other bike accessories. read more

I bought my pushchair & carseat from Babyland in January, the staff were friendly and very helpful, they gave me lots of information and were more than happy for me to go and consider my purchase without any hard sell from them. The items were ordered in and came very quickly and the staff offered to begin the warranty from the baby's birth date (as opposed to the purchase date) which I was very impressed with. Wonderful service from the staff, its lovely to see a family buisiness doing things so well. The two sons working were really friendly and helpful! Mr. Williams himself was very funny. The shop dog was adorable too! We baught three bikes, two saracens and a ridgeback for our boy. We got a puncture on our first ride and bought it in at 5.30pm, they were just closing but reopened the doors and fixed it for us ! Thankyou williams cycles for your brilliant service.
