Very caring and attentive staff :) I've recently had to use their dinner suit hiring service, and the attention to detail, prices, knowledge and range are second to none in the region. They are even cheaper to rent a suit from than Mos Bros just round the corner! STOP DO NOT USE! They have ruined TWO PAIRS of my BRAND NEW SKIS the latest ones worth £419! For the second time my bindings were drilled in wrong and need 18 new holes and fixing. Their methods are completely outdated and they have no idea what they are doing. Another professional who looked at my bindings was shocked at how many mistakes were made (eg front plates drilled in upside down, drilled freehand without a jig, backplate slightly twisted) and even more shocked at how DANGEROUS that could have been! Worst even, no apologies were made and the guy was extremely rude on the phone telling me he has been skiing for 50 years and all my friends and I don't know how to ski. Can't learn, won't learn.
