The rental rates were way better than any other bike shop, which the next closest for my type of biking was in Halifax. I contacted them and was informed they had no mechanic and the owner was on holidays for three weeks. No one called me even knowing my concern. After a few calls I was told to bring them in, which I did bring and the owner was a upset and asked why. He eventually agreed to look at them. After trying them out he agreed he heard the noise but said that there was nothing he could do. He said we were on our own to sort out our issue. He suggested we take them to another bike shop.
