Rich gives good haircuts, however the other barber only gives you a high fade regardless of what you ask for. And if you get edge ups, it will be pushed back further than you'd probably want it to be. Recently, I walked into the barbershop an hour and a half before closing as a walk-in customer, and they told me they were closed for the day. After that experience and some other recent experiences, I will not be returning to their barbershop for service. It was a much better barbershop when it was owned by Mike.

I have very thin hair and I asked for a specific hair cut and let her know I am aware of my hair and asked her if I did bangs would it look fuller , and she ensured me it would work. I also purchased product from the establishment and it made my hair feel greasy and gross. After I washed my Hair i styled it and noticed that my bangs were cut extremely short and my layers are very choppy, I'm already self conscious because my hair is thinning and fine, now I'm extremely upset, I will never return to this location.
