Rich gives good haircuts, however the other barber only gives you a high fade regardless of what you ask for. And if you get edge ups, it will be pushed back further than you'd probably want it to be. Recently, I walked into the barbershop an hour and a half before closing as a walk-in customer, and they told me they were closed for the day. After that experience and some other recent experiences, I will not be returning to their barbershop for service. It was a much better barbershop when it was owned by Mike.

Now, one could argue and say that she probably forgot who my son and I were, but I seriously doubt it. Not only did she act dumb about the whole thing, she still asked her co-worker, who was about to fix my son's ridiculous "fade" which was pretty much a staggered line across the back of his head with no smooth transition, "what was wrong with it?" Im just amazed that they pretty much let anyone work at this place from what I saw. If she just would have taken accountability of that sorry ass excuse of a haircut, and maybe attempt or if she didn't feel comfortable have her co-worker fix it right away then not a problem. And I know it's kinda hard to prove, but when I walked in again, she knew what she had done. I could easily read her face, I know she was embarrassed. Acted like she didn't know us at all, and let one of her co-workers handle it. She had something to say alright, once she was helping someone else while quietly talking to her co-worker and manager, at least I think it was the manager. The manager or the red head with the wavy/curly long hair had to point it out to her. Then she goes "oh!" ....... You can't make this shit up.

I couldn't even tell you the lady's name because she didn't introduce herself like they normal would. I have very thin hair and I asked for a specific hair cut and let her know I am aware of my hair and asked her if I did bangs would it look fuller , and she ensured me it would work. I also purchased product from the establishment and it made my hair feel greasy and gross. After I washed my Hair i styled it and noticed that my bangs were cut extremely short and my layers are very choppy, I'm already self conscious because my hair is thinning and fine, now I'm extremely upset, I will never return to this location.
