I was looking for someone to help "tune up" my Kukurin G4 since I did not have enough time to do it myself before a planned trip. Glad I found Russell and his company, Bighead Bicycling. I am going to open here, I was not being the best model customer--I kept changing the meet up appointment with Russell. But Russell was patient with me and was very accommodating to my scheduling needs. When we finally found an agreed appointment time, Russell pulled up to my business park parking lot promptly. He helped realigned my brake pads, adjust the brake levers, cleaned up my scooter, and helped install a loose front fender with a spare screw he had. His pricing was very sensible and reasonable. I would go back to him for my electric scooter (e-scooter) maintenance. read more

Russell is the best!! He's readily available, comes to you, knows his stuff, and doesn't overcharge at all for his services. A++++

Amazing service, next day, came to my house! Replaced scooter inner tube in ~1 hour! :)

Third time I've hired Russell to help me with my E-Bikes. Had two AKEZ King Kings assembled by him before this. Both passed inspection and customers loved receiving their E-Bikes on time. Had one Super 73 from a distributor that was rusted from being in storage too long. My intention was to modify the the motors and batteries, also order some new parts.. But Russell got with me then orders this great corrosion treatment solution to treat the corroded areas making the E-Bike look brand new. Still thinking of modifying the battery adding a front motor and changing the control box. But I was very surprised and satisfied with how the E-Bike came out after the treatment/cleaning. He even tightened the breaks a little for me. Super 73 looks so clean now. read more

Owner of a Hi Boy Max Pro e-scooter here. Rear tire went flat on a Thursday, reached out on Yelp to an e-scooter repair person that never got back to me. Russell contacted me Thursday afternoon with cost for the repair and said he would come to me! Agreed to Saturday at 11AM, he showed up right on time and had my inner tube replaced in less than an hour. This man is the ultimate professional. Bighead Bicycling - Russell from Bighead Bicycling and my new E-Bike. - Bike Repair/Maintenance Near Me

I am glad I get to meet Russell from Bighead Bicycling, and I couldn't be more happier with the experience! Russell was incredibly responsive and communicative from the moment I reached out. I truly loved his mobile service which is a game-changer, offering the best value for the price. Most quotes I received from yelps were around $80+ starting price. For Bighead Bicycling, it was around $35+ excluding tips. When he arrived, he inspected my kid's bike and told me he didn't have the tube for that size. He went to some nearby bike place to get them, came back, replaced both of the tires' tubes, readjusted the brakes, cleaned the bike, ensuring it was in top shape. His professionalism and attention to detail are truly commendable. If you are looking for a reliable and efficient bike repair, I highly recommend Bighead Bicycling and Russell. You won't be disappointed! read more

I'll admit it--I know next to nothing about bicycles or maintenance. After years of neglecting my hybrid road bike, my wife's cruiser, and my kids' two bikes, I decided it was finally time to get them tuned up. I searched Yelp for a mobile bike mechanic and came across Russell, and I'm so glad I did! Russell was punctual, fairly priced, and clearly very skilled. I've never used a mobile bike repair service before but my experience with Bighead Bicycling was an excellent one. Russell, the owner, was very communicative when I asked for quotes for a tune-up on a used bike I had recently purchased. His rates were very affordable in addition to the convenience factor he provided by driving over to my place. He arrived early and quickly set up to work on my bikes. Talking to Russell, I found he was incredibly passionate about cycling and ultimately wants to make sure his customers are happy. When he was finished, he offered to fix any issues from the service if they were to arise free of charge. He performed quality work and my used bike is now in great condition. I hope to support Bighead Bicycling more in the future as it's getting harder to find honest and affordable bike services these days. read more
