Other garages seem to work on the theory that they will get your car, when they get to it. That wasn't my experience at all with Papa's garage.

They actually have a drop box, but since I got there right before they closed, they went ahead and put my van in the gated area for me. The next day was the repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly and still took the time to check everything else. Turned out it was a heater hose (which is pretty common in my vehicle). Oh--and when you get your oil changed there, they give you 6 months of roadside assistance! How cool is that?
