It definitely looked like a great place to relax at, there were quite a few tables and they were all filled. We did not get any of the baked goods; it all looked appetizing though. Five times I got coffee at Starbucks here and all five times the lids popped off when I went to take my first drink. I would have it all over me and my car. It's not a problem with coffee being hot because duh, that's coffee. It's an issue with their terrible lids. I recently was in Indiana and went to a couple Starbucks there. No problem. Lids were sealed on and I could drink my coffee and relax. Never again, Lansing Starbucks. I don't know what is going on here, but that's unacceptable.
