I know no one asked for my 2 cents and I don't want this to come off as if I know their business better than they do, because I don't, but if I were to be asked to give them a POSSIBLE solution to prevent this from happening in the future, I would suggest posting their food menu on a blackboard, with prices clearly written out, and where it's easy to read. The drink menu would be a perfect example of this if the prices were listed. A bonus would be if you had the menus & prices on your website as well so it's easy to find! I work in Coldwater and we order from you quite a bit and one thing we've all mentioned is wishing we could see a full menu so we know beforehand how much our orders are gonna cost and I know some of my coworkers have wanted to order food and didn't because they didn't see any prices listed. On a positive note, I absolutely love: -the hand written messages on every single cup. -the miniature Jesus keychains you sell.
