The drink came out almost completely white and tasted like milk. When I mentioned it didn't taste like coffee, I was told I could pay an extra $1 for another shot instead of them remaking the drink. Even that shot wasn't pulled fresh. What's frustrating is that I came the day before and had a great latte made with fresh espresso and coffee ice cubes. It was delicious. I'm giving 3 stars because yesterday's experience was a 4/5, but today's was a 1/5. I hope they can be more consistent.
