I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. They had always been straightforward and easy to work with as well as reasonably priced. So when it finally became clear that the roof needed to be replaced they were the first company that I considered. However, I also got quotes from 3 other companies. Fleming came in with the next to the lowest quote, and since I was already acquainted with Mike and knew the quality of their work I didn't hesitate to give them the job. Mike made multiple visits to the house to go over the details and explain the order of events. Once we picked the tile it was only a few weeks before they were ready to start. Mike told me that they would start on a Monday and be finished by Friday. Since concrete tile roofs are a big job and I had seen it take weeks for some other houses in the neighborhood to be re-roofed, I didn't think they could possibly complete the work in such a short time. They actually delivered some of the equipment on a Saturday so they were ready to start full speed that next Monday. I commented that the workers had obviously worked together as a team for a long time, because it seemed like a well-organized ballet as the ten or so workers started removing the old tile. During the week they showed up promptly every morning and often worked from 7 AM till 7 PM or so with very little down time. Even the neighbors commented on how polite and pleasant the workers were. A lot of damage to the plywood underlayment and fascia boards was discovered and was quickly taken care of. In spite of the extra problems the job was indeed finished on Friday afternoon and the new roof and skylights looked beautiful. They did a thorough job of cleaning up and removing excess material! We frequently commented on how smoothly the job went and how considerate the workers were. We couldn't be more satisfied with the new roof. I'm hopeful that I will never again need any roof work, but if I do I will certainly call Mike Fleming. I highly recommend Fleming Brothers to anyone in need of roof repairs or a new roof.

Warranty for labor and materials (Brian Sikes Roofing provided the best warranty) 5. How responsive the company is to my phone calls ( One company failed to answer the phone on three separate calls during business hours) 6. Company knowledge of their industry ( After learning about the materials and workmanship I would ask them what they would put on their roof and why) 7. Wait time to get the work done ( The contract gave a 1 month span to get the work completed) 8. References Brian Sikes was professional and prompt. He arrived on time for the meeting and provided a quote a day later. I had wanted a specific type of underlayment, but Brian informed about the problems associated with it and recommended I go with the synthetic underlayment that would breathe. He made recommendations that met my requirements and had the attitude that we wanted to provide a good product/service. One other company provided a lower price, but their representative kept going on about how they would keep costs to a minimum. This scared me because I want a good roof and I understand that it will cost more than the cheapest price I can find. Brian's crew started a day late because of rain, but I had received a call from them letting me know there was going to be a delay. This is what I call service, I understand that weather can be a problem and I am willing to allow delays as long as I am informed. The crew showed up and began working and here is a list of words I would use to describe them. Professional (they got right to work and cleared my wife's baubles from the flower garden) Courteous ( They would always check with us if they had to move things or if they found a potential problem) Attentive ( they put plywood in front of the windows to protect them from falling debris. They would also clean the garage door if they got any dirt on it while they worked) Hard working (They worked 12 hours the first day and 8 hours the second and only took 1 lunch break on each day) The day after the job was completed I discovered a gas leak and I contacted Brian. He had a cooperative attitude and we were able to come to workable solution to resolve the problem.
