I enjoy and have…read moreexperience with Jeep and other ATV experience, and was looking forward to a guided ride to enjoy nature and time together without worrying about too much spotting, clearance, and trail maps. When we arrived, staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Within 5 minutes I could tell this was a too notch location. 10 minutes later, we met the owners who introduced themselves as just opening the facility in 2020. Their presence provided a great experience and dedication to family friendly activities. We will absolutely come back many times and looking forward to bringing our son. Trail rides were guided by Nick and Jeff. Awesome guys. We would ask for them by name again. Jeff was leading up the back, and while we needed to back out of a trail due to an issue ahead, he and Nick were great. Some riders complained it was not fast enough due to some novice 4 seaters in our group. I'm not sure why everyone was in such a hurry. I've done plenty of trail rides, many of which are 1-3mph for miles due to technical off camber spots. These folks complained to Jeff, especially after their kids got "warned" for almost sliding into a tree due to reckless hot shot driving (again in my experience, fast does not equal good (ever sprained a thumb on a trail due to wheel snap)). The parents criticized Jeff, but he was amazing and respectful and said his job is to provide a fun day,but above all to keep everyone safe. In the end the parents apologized to which Jeff said he was not offended or upset at all. He said after tours in the Middle East, and having Iraqis throw rocks at him, today is a pretty good day and let's all just enjoy it together. Super professional but we felt good knowing he and Nick would not put up with any horseplay from anyone. We will be back. Keep rolling safe Nick and Jeff. Awesome job guys!!

First of all, we were disappointed not to have 3 two-wheelers that we initially signed up for and…read morepaid for. We had driven this trail in the past. We preferred 2 seats over 4 seats. Then, we hear that one of the safety doors on the passenger side is not there, as it was jammed and had to be removed. We asked for a replacement unit, and we got a response back from your guide/receptionist: "This is all we got, and it's fine." It's a serious breach of safety. With some hesitation, we started trailing for 10-15 minutes, and at the first pit stop (at the obstacle course building), we were told that the right passenger tire is "flat." We requested your team to replace the tire, as it's not safe for us to ride with a flat tire. Response we got from your guides: "We don't have replacement tires." "We don't have replacement units." They recommended we ride with a flat tire (have evidence to prove) as the company doesn't have a backup unit and we were in the middle of the trail, and it's ok for the company if any damages incur directly or indirectly from the flat tire. After riding for a short time, the right side axle/tire got damaged from the traction created from the right side rear tire being flat. We were so disappointed that we had to share a ride with 2 units when we paid for 3 units in the middle of the course. From the start, we never went off trail or beyond tracks and followed rules and instructions from the beginning. A few days later, we got a bill for $1100 for repairs. No official receipt of repairs, just an email with 3 lines stating we will charge your credit card the above-mentioned amount. This is a whole rip-off company, with poorly maintained ATVs and a lack of professional support and risking your life. It will also charge you money for there defective equipment.

They have very friendly and good system here, in getting players playing in a timely manner. Much bigger and open place to play, good equipment's, to keep it more interesting, they have many type of battle games..Barrels..Castles etc. made it even more fun.We paid $35 for 500 paint balls which is a great price to play out-door in such a big area. The owners and staff was very nice, friendly , enthusiastic, and was nice to give us some game tips, home-made Hot dogs, drinks and snacks ( Just for $1 )... In addition to this, they made Pro video of our battles, which is def. fun to watch and show it to our friends, the safety regulations are help up with top priority, even getting hit didn't hurt too bad. Definitely gave me the itch to go again. I get my Sodastream cartridges refilled at Paintball Ohio, and the customer service is always…read moreexcellent. Their store also does CO2 refills on kegerators and aquariums so they're no strangers to CO2 refills that are "clean enough to drink from." The refills are super cheap. There was a one-time charge for changing the proprietary nozzle on my Sodastream cartridge so that it would be refillable with a conventional CO2 tank, but even accounting for that nozzle swapout fee, my first visit to Paintball Ohio was just $5 more than swapping out my Sodastream bottle at Staples/Target/Costco. And the subsequent refills are so cheap that by your second visit to Paintball Ohio, you're saving hand over fist compared to the conventional Sodastream swapout process. The store is always tidy and well stocked. I don't play paintball, but I often overhear the employees helping other customers. The employees clearly know their stuff and enjoy helping customers navigate the extensive store inventory. I've been waited on by the store owner, Tommy, and he's always very helpful and professional. None of the employees have pushed me to buy any of the paintball stuff, and they never make me feel like a second-class customer for not being a "paintball person." They do have a nice camping and survival section, and I occasionally buy stuff from that section.
