I don't know where to begin but they robbed me for sum fried pickles orderd them and when my sister Julie came to Pick them up they told her they had nothing like the bartender took em orderd delivery again Nov 17 th today the same thing after the manager telling me he couldn't replace my pickles orderd again because he said he would discount them and orderd the same order which was the cheddar bacon burger told them burn it repeatedly burn it and it come out like the picture walked back because they said they would deliver but after the 45 minute wait I decided to walk to bigbar when I got there the bartender I asked him for a drink for my troubles he said no so I bought him a beer but after leaveing there I received 3 phone calls from different orders from different peoples they need to get it to together and stop worrying about homeless people coming to ask for food read more

I've given Bigbar several chances, I for some reason wanted to like them. But I can't. Now this is just delivery of food, not in restaurant eating. I kept it simple burgers, salad, and my final order was sirloin steak. Burgers are so so, not great, not inedible. I can't say the same for their sirloin steak. Whole meal arrived cold, the whole thing including vegetable and fries. And the sirloin? It had the texture of ground beef and sirloin ground up together and shaped like a steak. It was tough, chewy, and completely unappealing in every way. My cats loved it tho! The salad was mostly the white end of iceberg lettuce chopped up, I don't like iceberg lettuce, especially the ends of iceberg lettuce. I can't say I won't order from them again, the deliver beer, but the food, I'm out of chances. read more

I would definitely recommend Bigbar!!! They have a great selection and everything I ever had was absolutely delicious! Their prices are very good and they give generous portions. Considering how busy they can get, I feel that your order is served in a decent amount of time. I definitely recommend sitting away from the entertainment if you want to talk though. Once the entertainment starts it gets pretty loud. read more

Last week was the first time trying Big Bar and we ended up ordering three more times from there. While probably not the thing everyone goes for, but one of the most impressive things we ordered was a regular old salad. I have never ordered a salad, especially delivery, been in such perfect condition. Freshest lettuce and veggies I've ever seen. Nothing wilted, not a speck of discoloration. Delicious dressing too! The pizza was great and just like everyone raves about. The penne and meatballs... so amazing. Best meatballs I've had from a restaurant in forever. Tender, not overly seasoned, and huge. read more

We work close to Big Bar and have ordered their pizza several times. They are either really good or really bad. Today we ordered 2 large pizzas: One cheese and pepperoni and one white. The pepperoni did not come with pepperoni, just a SCANT amount of cheese. The white pizza was over cooked and dry. In the past they have been very apologetic and replaced the pizzas. Today, she seemed irritated that I was requesting they make the pizza we ordered and paid for. Time to try Steveos. read more

Atmosphere is mid mostly a bunch of drunk people who got kicked out of other bars in my opinion, the dj is pretty good, a lot of younger kids tif that's your style so plus for that I guess, didn't get any food but I did wait an awful long time for my beer even thought when I went it wasn't that busy, overall could do improvement read more

Our Bartender/Waitress was Taylor, she was very Kind, Nice with a All around Great Attitude, the atmosphere there was Perfect for Relaxing while we set out on front Patio. Gave this place one last chance on 4/4/2025. The service is horrible. The place was not busy yet it took forever to get waited on. And, if the workers don't want to deal with the 'wall tickets' sold there, then they shouldn't be working there or the tickets shouldn't be sold. read more

Love this place. I always order the wraps, the steak one and the chicken bacon ranch. Both are extremely flavorful and juicy. Portion size is enough for two meals and pricing is solid- about $12. I really love the steak seasoning here, and how they fill up the wraps. Fries here are unique but they are really good! And they also give you a lot of them. Overall, it's a solid choice. I ordered on-line for delivery at a specific time early on a Sunday afternoon - still during football season - so, realistically, I wasn't expecting anything close to the time I designated. Especially since I'm across town from Big Bar, and I knew they would most likely be swamped at that time. I just needed a good, solid lunch and since last night was such a late night for football, I wasn't going anywhere. They delivered within ten minutes of the time I designated, no small feat under the circumstances. And to make things even better, even though only a few minutes had passed beyond the delivery time, I received a text telling me that my order was in the car and on its way. I got my order and it was outstanding! A great lunch! Great food delivered with such considerate Customer Service is a rarity anymore. I can't recommend them highly enough! read more

Had a great time was my first time in Erie the Dj was great the bartender we had was nice and attentive (as a bartender that's a huge thing for me!) our drinks were perfect. Prices are prefect. Had the worst time ever. I am a senior citizen on a fixed low income and I was looking forward to this for quite a while. I spent more than I should've to complete my viking costume. Everyone that saw it loved it. I paid $10 to get in for my friend and I, food bill was $25 +$4 tip, $25 at the bar. I registered on line and thought that was it. I stood at the bar for 15 ,minutes and was ignored so I went to the other bar and stood for 10 minutes, when the bartender came my way, I motioned to him. He saw me and ignored me and went right to some girls that just walked up. I did not get another drink. The music was so dam loud I couldn't hear the dj announce the start of the contest. I went up to the stage and was told I couldn't participate cause I didn't have a wrist band. I was told they were handing them out. Funny, No one offered me a wristband. Maybe my costume was a little too good and I wasn't welcome. I spent over a hundred dollars on the costume. and $64 at the bigbar. Wasted my time and gas and sat for over 3 hours. To say nothing of the mental anguish of being ignored at the bar and rejected from participating in the contest. That was enough to keep me out of the big bar for the rest of my life. read more

We showed up with a huge group, probably 35 people, and they did wonderful. The waitress was amazing!! She did the best I have ever seen with such a big party!! The food..... Buffalo Chicken Wrap was perfectly spicy and Juliet! The pizza was perfect!! The wings were enjoyed by the kids! Yum yum yum! Delish food, fresh & hot. We got the quesadilla and the ¼lb burger with bacon & fries. Dang! The quesa was nice & crispy, perfectly melty inside. (Just need guac!) The burger was cooked (correctly) to order and was on a ciabatta roll. So good! Our server was fun(ny) and took good care of us. The atmosphere is a cool bar, and they play music videos on TVs throughout. When we're in Erie again, we're definitely going back. read more

This place has the WORST customer service/waitresses. My husband and I go to at least 4 concerts (or events) a year in Erie. A couple years ago we tried this place and it was OK. Food was pretty good. Customer service was not great. Stopped there once and awhile, wanting to give it another chance. Last night we stopped, I ordered 2 bottled beers. I told her we wanted to order food. She said she'd be right back with the beer and menus. We waited 15 minutes. There was one table of 4 and 6 people at the bar (which should not have affected her waiting on us). This waitress never came back. My husband talked me into waiting another 5 minutes. SHE DID NOT COME BACK. We left and went to the Plymouth, where you always get great service and food is just as good. (ALSO, anyone who plays the 'wall tickets' need to count and check what you're cashing in and make sure you don't get ripped off. It happened to us more than once where the 'waitress' didn't count right and took her own $. We had to wait forever to get the right amount back.) I always "over tip" so it really irritates me when scum want to steal from people. read more

My favorite pizza in the city by far and I have had a lot of them! The fresh dough is so good, I love that fresh baked bread taste in the crust YUM! You can really tell the quality in the ingredients. I also love their mozzarella moons, if you like mozzarella sticks these are THE BEST. They are huge and have really delicious Italian breading instead of just your basic moz stick. My other absolute favorite thing is their calzones!! Equally as amazing as the pizza because of that delicious fresh dough!! I'm not sure I could ever choose between the pizza and calzone, you must try them both!! I love the setup they have in here! One giant bar area right in the center of the room so there's plenty of seating but also makes it possible to interact with everyone around you. The food is exactly how it says, BIG! They also have a patio area for smoking with tables as well. read more
