After having a coolant flow control valve installed and an oil change on my Prius, I was NOT provided a receipt or invoice at checkout from David the service representative due to printer issues in the office. I am one of those owners that keeps all records of service and am very meticulous with maintenance. He agreed to email me the docs but after two days I received nothing. I then called the office to leave a message to inform David to send (or resend). No results. Soon after I received a "courtesy text" from David asking to rate Import's service. I responded letting him know that I had not received my reciept/ invoice. Once again, no response. I recently called and asked to talk to Import's owner hoping to get results. Was told that she was on the line with another customer and would call me back to talk. Still no return call or results. At this point Import Specialists has not provided me a receipt/ invoice and is unwilling to return my calls, texts. I've been a regular customer of Import since I moved into the neighborhood approximately 5 years ago. I have trusted and received service that met my expectations at each service interval. Despite my many efforts for follow up I am disappointed that Import has not met my expectations for reasonable customer service and I can no longer trust the company to continue my vehicle service.

The process was very easy - we submitted their online form with our contact information and insurance claim number, and Dent Vision contacted Geico themselves to get our claim information and reached out to us only to schedule our appointment. They also worked directly with Geico to get their payment on the claim which made it so easy for us. They can contact you via phone or email, which is awesome for us since phone is hard to answer during the work day and many auto shops do not email customers to schedule work or ask questions. The location and office is very clean and everything seemed very organized. We were called/emailed when both cars were ready to go and both of them look great. We will be back for (unfortunately inevitable in this area) hail damage or dent repair in the future and would definitely recommend Dent Vision!
