They were also helpful in referring us out when we needed other local vendors (like a port o potty). Two things happened that have left a tiny bit of a sour taste in my mouth though. One is that they delivered one less table than they charged me for. Not the hugest deal, but still a bit annoying. And the second is that we'd rented our linens though our caterer in Chico because it cost us a fraction of what it would have cost to rent through Snow's. Only when they came to pick things up, Snow's snagged the linens too. And then they didn't get back to us until Monday morning, after my sister who lives in Chico and was going to return them for us had to leave. So the guy shows up at our house with them and asks if I want them delivered somewhere (very nice), but when I tell him they are going to Chico he proceeds to tell me about all the different drivers going to Chico and how they've all already just left town so we are basically out of luck. Great. So your drivers are like 30 minutes out of town and would have to make an hour detour to fix your mistake, but instead my husband and I have to make the hour and a half detour to Chico because you are unwilling to call your driver back to Redding to get them. Hummm... My confidence in your excellent customer service is faltering.

I am actually floored that they would refuse to refund under $200 to a family that is going through a shocking tragedy. The caterer, bakery and hall were so gracious. Shame on Rustic Charm.

Everything they provided was in amazing shape and beautiful, our guests were impressed and we were thrilled about how the tables and chairs made the entire look our of very rustic outdoor camping wedding come together! It would not have been the same if we had not rented their farm tables! Lucas called on Thursday morning and the driver Gary H. arrived within 20 minutes. Can you remember when a contractor arrived ten minutes early? That happened. We were in the mountains 90 miles from Redding. Lucas decided a downslope pump was suitable. We did not have any fences, but our thirteen year old tank was 140 feet from the road, on a 30% slope. This was a difficult hose-pulling and laying job based on the slope and the vegetation. Everything went well. Gary was great and he completed within 45 minutes. I had no breaks in the baffling or tank, or anywhere on the property. We also spoke on the routine maintenance, and how to keep trees (and roots) away from the tank - that was helpful. Payment was straightforward. Lucas agreed to provide the Leech line Certification via email the same afternoon. He met that promise.
