There are a variety of rooms available at affordable rates - and again, Mark is great at helping you find a room to fit your band's needs - without being overly "salesy". Two things worth mentioning - it can get really, really warm in the rooms and there is a lingering odor of smoke and bad decisions in the air. That said, nothing will leave you smelling like Rock and Roll more than an evening practice at Francisco Studios (Osborn) - and depending on your preference, that might be a good thing.

Beck was less than accommodating. If you won't let musicians rehearse for more than 6 hours, why are you advertising rent for a room that's available 24/7 if we cannot use it?? Musicians practice at all hours of the day and night. (And YES, even during Covid, there ARE Live band performances around the Valley again) This sounds like a case of discrimination. Brand new, isolated A/C units for each individual room. Tube equipment. And if you want they'll record your practice session and send you what you did at the end of the night for free. My band 3iDragon records drums and vocals here and we've never been disappointed. The owner Shane and his staff are the most down to earth and experienced people we've ever worked with.
