There are a variety of rooms available at affordable rates - and again, Mark is great at helping you find a room to fit your band's needs - without being overly "salesy". Two things worth mentioning - it can get really, really warm in the rooms and there is a lingering odor of smoke and bad decisions in the air. That said, nothing will leave you smelling like Rock and Roll more than an evening practice at Francisco Studios (Osborn) - and depending on your preference, that might be a good thing.

We are a working duo band, it's a lifestyle for my guitar player. He literally plays 12+ hours a…read moreday. We thought Francisco Studios would be a perfect spot to rent since they are open 24/7. Beck was less than accommodating. If you won't let musicians rehearse for more than 6 hours, why are you advertising rent for a room that's available 24/7 if we cannot use it?? Musicians practice at all hours of the day and night. (And YES, even during Covid, there ARE Live band performances around the Valley again) This sounds like a case of discrimination. We certainly will not be renting space from you or referring you to other musicians. Thanks for your non-support.
