BP apparently is two women in the Lenox area who prepare delicious, gorgeous picnics on request for any special occasion. Ours was a picnic at Tanglewood before a concert. We arrived to find tables all set up and waiting for us (marked by a white balloon). The food arrayed before us included fresh, carefully chosen items including superior cuts of roast beef, chicken, prosciutto, salami and all kinds of appetizers and snacks and salads, and a chocolate cake for dessert. Add in wine, beer and water, and we had ourselves a feast. The tables included a lovely covering and a candlelabra and comfortable pillows around it. We could have asked for nothing more. Except -- when we were done they CLEANED UP!! All we had to do when the concert ended was leave, not pack up baskets, chairs and dishes, just walk away. We think Berkshire Picnics is the greatest discovery since sliced bread. Apparently so did many people at Tanglewood, who kept walking by and admiring the picnic and asking us to tell them all about it -- which we cheerfully did. Yes, it is expensive. But wow, try it and we are confident you'll be amazed, too.

My daughter had went in the office on Friday to purchase two additional sidewalls because the event is Saturday and the forecast reflects lots of rain. My daughter spoke to MacKenzie and told her how dirty the inside of the tent was. She wants to see pictures. As a rental company I would think they would take pride and inspect what is being deliver to there consumer.

I was excited to book my wedding rentals from Events Unlimited Tents & Party back in early 2020…read more Unfortunately, like so many other couples, the pandemic changed our wedding plans and we were not able to have the dream wedding we envisioned. After postponements due to COVID, we ended up having a mini wedding with just our parents and siblings, and canceled our scheduled large event with over 8 months of notice to Events Unlimited and our other vendors. Events Unlimited refused to return our deposit of over $1,600, which is a large deposit for rentals, but we never questioned it at booking because the idea of having to cancel our wedding due to a pandemic was not in the realm of possibility. Events Unlimited were entirely unsympathetic throughout our exchange and are retaining our large deposit without having provided any services and despite the pandemic. All of our others vendors were accommodating and provided refunds given the unprecedented global situation. We've reached out to Events Unlimited multiple times to reach a fair resolution, but the owner Marty Bathrick is unresponsive. I would recommend steering clear of this rental service.

Didn't hear back from them for a while, so six weeks before my party I emailed just to make sure everything was on board. Again, didn't hear from them. as time drew closer, I emailed yet again, and called. Got an answering machine and left a message. I did this three times. Finally, I got a call back 2 weeks before my event. I was excited to take the call as I wanted to finalize everything. The woman on the phone was quite curt and cut to the chase. She said that they had sent me 2 Emails in the past week and hadn't heard from me. I had been checking my emails for weeks, including SPAM and bever found one from them. She informed me that they were booked for the date of my party. I was in shock! She said that since I didn't respond to their email...again, never received one, they shredded my check and canceled my contract. it was 2 weeks before my party with 50 people, and I had no tables and chairs. Mind you, they had my phone number for over 3 months, and never called. The woman on the phone was so cold and unapologetic, I was stunned. I've never left a review on YELP before, and I'm sorry to have this be my first.
