DJ, the manager, took over for the negotiations and did everything he could to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. We signed a lease for a smaller vehicle and experienced some "buyer's remorse" once we realized it was too compact for our needs. We came back the next morning and DJ expressed how his greatest aim was our satisfaction. He proceeded to do away with our initial agreement, hand us the keys to a larger vehicle, and let us take it for the weekend to test drive it. We were extremely satisfied once we made our decision to purchase that one and DJ gave us a great price for it. I have leased many vehicles in my lifetime and this experience has by far been the most pleasant one. Highly recommend Holmes Volvo!

Kayla at the front desk…read morehas been rude and unwilling to help me locate any updated information about my vehicle the entire length of the repair. Chris my advisor promised me my car last Friday but apparently took a half day and there was no communication my car wouldn't be ready until Monday. Finally spoke to a manager, Tyler, who promised my car would be ready at 5 on Monday it was currently being washed. The car is covered in white water spots and looks like a 3 year old washed it. I turn the car on and immediately have error messages on the dash for my TMS, Chris tried to tell me I just needed to air up the tire. Once I said no that wasn't it and he needed to go look at it, he told me to still take the vehicle and he would come pick it up at some point and repair it. Of course I left the vehicle because the job is not completed and I'm not taking possession of a vehicle you have not finished fixing. I tried to call the manager Tyler back, as I was instructed to do if there were any issues, once when I was leaving after finding the error, and once this morning to see if they are resolving the issue. He is now ignoring my calls and I have no resolution estimate at this time. They may have changed their name from Autobody Express to escape the bad reputation but rest assured, the level of work here is still subpar. UPDATE: 7/22/26 - I'm back to continue my review not that I have car. Tyler text me yesterday at 10AM and I quote said, They had picked up the new sensor that morning and offered to bring me my car when it was fixed and return my rental for me. Offered to put gas in so I didn't have to worry about it. I expressed my concern that I was worried there could be other unresolved damage they ignored and he assured me he drove the car himself. The best he could guess was that the sensor failed from internal damage you are unable to see from the outside. It was internally damaged from the wreck. assured me it was being replaced. 4:40PM comes around I call and ask where my car is. They haven't even left to bring it to me yet so I told them I would just come get it. I get there, the car is still filthy and Chris tells me they didn't replace the sensor, they just cleared the error message. HAD MY CAR ALL DAY TO CLEAR AN ERROR MESSAGE AND IT STILL NOT BE CLEANED. I arrive home from picking up groceries after getting my car and open the door, it makes this incredibly loud banging sound. I send a video to Tyler immediately. He ignores me. I show up to Caliber at 7:30 the next morning where I'm informed they're in a meeting and I'll have to wait for someone to look at my car. Chris and some other man come to my car and look at the door, say it's an easy fix, take the car, come back a few minutes later, and tell me they just needed to tighten down the bolt on the hinges. THIS PLACE IS SO NEGLECTFUL. DO NOT COME HERE.

They had my car for a MONTH! After being promised MULTIPLE times when vechicle was to be ready, instead having to extend my rental SEVERVAL times. Chris was NEVER available by phone after tediously calling the Bossier location to get an update, it was always an excuse. I was told on Thursday (after finally having to turn in rental) that it will be ready by that Thursday evening, but I was going out of town. Came back that MONDAY morning and car was STILL not ready. Even got an extra day to do what you had to do. And no with NO rental, I needed my car back. Finally got my car that monday EVENING. Like I saud, the car is fix, but very dissatisfied with the LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND TARDINESS. Im convince it was done purposely to stretch the labor as the insurance was paying.

I purchased the fuel pump and strainer listed for my car from James Bamburg. It required splicing in a new pigtail and that was more complicated than I cared to do. I picked everything up from the benton rd store. I unfortunately had to return the pump because of the pigtail thing. Lenin looked at the old fuel pump (original toyota part) and cross referenced that factory part number and told me he found the part at autozone. I promptly said no. He showed me the spade terminals in the picture as compared to the one off my car. I asked him to please contact oreillys across the street to see if they had it in stock. They did so I purchased it there since the one you could get would have to come from longview and would not be there till 3pm today. I really appreciate Lenin going above and beyond in helping me get the correct part as my car was in pieces in my front yard. For a new employee he is doing very well in customer service. I called and thanked him today and said Ill be a return customer. Little did I know it would be today. 5-6 I needed a couple of parts for my lawnmower and oil & filter for my car.
