I explained to her that I've ordered from them several times on door dash and received the wrong item so I just wanted to make sure my order would be correct. She told me if I was going to be rude she'd make sure I was banned as a door dash customer. When I called my dasher to make sure the item was correct you could hear the staff in the background saying oh my God are you serious. Worst customer service ever.

The truck came. I had to wait an additional 2 hours for my wife (who was in Houston) to get to me. I spent that time on their front sidewalk with all the presents, my luggage and dog looking like a homeless person. They were very kind in offering me lunch and water etc. If they are the representation of Richland or anything else I am impressed. May the good Lord bless them as they did me.
